Garda Ghista is the Founding Director of the World Prout Assembly (WPA) and editor of its web site. She’s also a freelance journalist and author of “The Gujarat Genocide: A Case Study in Fundamentalist Cleansing.”
WPA stands for “PROgressive UTilization Theory,” meaning the progressive utilization and rational distribution of the earth’s natural resources. It advocates for a new era – socially, economically, politically, culturally, psychically and spiritually.
The Obama administration’s world and national policies will be discussed.
Rachael Rudolph is a Professor of Middle East and Islamic Studies at Emory & Henry College where her research and writing focus mainly on resistance strategies, especially Islamic movements in Algeria, Palestine, and the Philippines.
Her books include “Terrorism and Politics; Mobilizing Movements, Mobilizing Contemporary Islamic Resistance;” and “Saudi Arabia’s War on Terrorism.” She’s currently working on a new book about the War on Gaza.
Webster Tarpley is an author, journalist, lecturer, and outspoken critic of US domestic and foreign policies. His newest book is titled “Surviving the Cataclysm: Your Guide Through the Greatest Financial Crisis in Human History.”
Current world and national issues will be discussed.
Jack Rasmus is a Professor of Political Economy at St. Mary’s College and Santa Clara University, CA. He’s also a freelance journalist, frequent speaker, a playwright and author, including his newest book to be released in March titled, “Epic Recession and Financial Crisis: Prelude to Global Depression.”
Rasmus’ latest views on the economy will be discussed.
David Swanson is the featured guest on The Progressive Radio News Hour

David Swanson is co-founder of AfterDowningStreet.org and Washington Director for Democrats.com. He’s also a board member of Progressive Democrats of America, the Backbone Campaign, and Voters for Peace as well as a member of the legislative working group of United for Peace and Justice.
Swanson’s new book is titled, “Daybreak: Undoing the Imperial Presidency and Forming A More Perfect Union,” a timely and impressive account of presidential extremism, congressional complicity, the urgency for progressive change, and how to do it.
Obama’s world and national policies will be discussed.
