Thursday, May 13 at 10AM US Central time: Bob Chapman

For over 40 year, Chapman has written articles and analysis on business, finance, economic, and politics, and is currently the owner and editor of the International Forecaster, “a compendium on business, finance, economics, and social and political issues worldwide.”

Chapman’s latest views on the economy will be discussed.

Saturday, May 15 at noon US Central time: PRN will shut down for maintenance.

Sunday, May 16, at noon Central time: Mickey Huff is scheduled provided maintenance isn’t extended through Sunday.

Huff is a California-based Professor of History at Diablo Valley College and new Director of Project Censored (PC) and the Media Freedom Foundation. MFF supports First Amendment freedoms and investigative research, and works closely with PC and other media related organizations.

PC is the media democracy advocacy group that publishes vital news stories suppressed or censored by the corporate media.

Each year, it ranks the top 25 and publishes them in its yearbook, Censored: Media Democracy in Action. The latest Censored 2010: The Top Censored Stories of 2008 – 09 can be purchased at projectcensored.org/store.

Current world and national issues will be discussed.

Stephen Lendman was born in 1934 in Boston, MA. In 1956, he received a BA from Harvard University. Two years of US Army service followed, then an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1960. After working seven years as a marketing research analyst, he joined the Lendman Group family business in 1967. He remained there until retiring at year end 1999. Writing on major world and national issues began in summer 2005. In early 2007, radio hosting followed. Lendman now hosts the Progressive Radio News Hour on the Progressive Radio Network three times weekly. Distinguished guests are featured. Listen live or archived. Major world and national issues are discussed. Lendman is a 2008 Project Censored winner and 2011 Mexican Journalists Club international journalism award recipient.
