Russian US Election Hacking Wider Than Previously Known?

by Stephen Lendman ( – Home – Stephen Lendman)

Sound absurd? It is. No hacking occurred, no Russian meddling in America’s electoral process.

US officials and media scoundrels know it. Yet they keep repeating the Big Lie – part of longstanding Russia bashing, along with a plot to denigrate and and weaken Trump.

On September 1, a feature New York Times article discussed US election tampering, including voters turned away at polls, others told they already cast ballots – pointing fingers at Russia while admitting “no clear-cut evidence of digital sabotage…much less a Russian role in it.”

Subverting democracy in America through electoral fraud and other shenanigans began early in the 19th century. It’s nothing new – Russia uninvolved in what’s gone on earlier or last November.

Voter disenfranchisement is rife, many registered ones peremptorily stricken from rolls, others intimidated not to cast ballots or deterred by other illegal practices, Blacks most affected.

Millions of Americans can’t vote because of past criminal records, mostly Blacks and Latinos disenfranchised this way.

Elections are privatized. Easy to manipulate corporate programmed and controlled touchscreen electronic machines do our voting, secret software used. Without receipts for verification, there’s no way to know if voting for one candidate goes to someone else.

Elections in America are stolen with electronic ease – unrelated to Russia or any other foreign country.

The system is constitutionally flawed by design – to keep power in the hands of people owning the country. The money-controlled war party wins every time.

The Times explains none of this, pretending plutocracy in America is democracy, continuing a steady drumbeat of anti-Russia propaganda.

The Times: “After a presidential campaign scarred by Russian meddling, local, state and federal agencies have conducted little of the type of digital forensic investigation required to assess the impact, if any, on voting in at least 21 states whose election systems were targeted by Russian hackers, according to interviews with nearly two dozen national security and state officials and election technology specialists.”

Fact: No Russian hacking occurred in any US states. America’s intelligence community lied. Highly respected investigative journalist Seymour Hersh revealed that the CIA is behind Russiagate.

Claims about Russian US election hacking, along with alleged improper or illegal Trump team ties to Moscow, were fabricated – a John Brennan operation.

Staffer Seth Rich leaked DNC emails to WikiLeaks. They weren’t hacked by Russia or anyone else. The Times and other media scoundrels reported nothing, still maintaining the myth of nonexistent Russian hacking.

The Times: “The assaults on the vast back-end election apparatus – voter-registration operations, state and local election databases, e-poll books and other equipment – have received far less attention than other aspects of the Russian interference…(T)he hacking of electoral systems was more extensive than previously disclosed.”

Fact: Dark forces in America are responsible for electoral shenanigans, not Russia or other countries, no reasons for them to interfere. Dirty business as usual triumphs every time.

Democracy is pure illusion. Monied interests exclusively served at the expense of most others – the way it’s always been in America from inception.
