US/UK Political and Economic War on Russia

Hostile US/UK actions against Russia are heading toward something much more serious unless confronted forcefully.
Britain and America intend further unacceptable actions against Moscow in the wake of the Skripal incident the Kremlin had nothing to do with.
According to US Treasury Secretary Mnuchin, the Trump administration intends imposing additional sanctions on Russian individuals and entities than already, saying:
“The administration is confronting and countering malign Russian cyber activity, including their attempted interference in US elections, destructive cyberattacks, and intrusions targeting critical infrastructure,” adding:
“These targeted sanctions are a part of a broader effort to address the ongoing nefarious attacks emanating from Russia.”
Fact: No “malign Russian cyber activity,” occurred plenty by America against Russia and other targeted nations.
Fact: There was no Kremlin interference in America’s electoral process or anywhere else – a US specialty, not Russia’s.
Fact: Moscow has not targeted US infrastructure. Claims otherwise are bald-faced lies.
Fact: No “nefarious attacks emanating from Russia” occurred.
Mnuchin said additional US sanctions will sever targeted Russian officials and entities from America’s financial system.
Moscow should abandon US dollar transactions, trading in its own currency exclusively with other countries. Other sovereign independent countries should follow suit.
Reports from London indicate the Theresa May government intends new sanctions on Russia.
An unnamed Tory official said “(t)here is collective agreement that we need to have a response that Putin will take seriously.”
“The next steps will be considered and taken after detailed conversations. The government won’t rush into any decision.”
UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is involved in getting all his EU counterparts on board against Russia.
He disgracefully lied claiming the Kremlin has been stockpiling nerve agents for the past 10 years – “very likely for the purposes of assassinations,” adding:
“They have been producing an stockpiling Novichok, contrary to what they have been saying.”
Johnson makes a mockery of Britain’s Foreign Office. It’s hard understanding why anyone takes him seriously.
In 2017, Russia finished destroying its entire CW arsenal, a milestone achievement, confirmed by the OPCW – 40,000 tons of these toxins eliminated.
America, Israel, other nations, and likely Britain maintain their stockpiles, in violation of international law.
Theresa May, Johnson and other UK hardliners are serial liars. Scottish Conservative Party leader Ruth Davidson called for “pull(ing) the plug” on RT.
Moscow warned in response it would shut down all UK media in the country. Other UK hardliners want additional tough measures taken against Russia.
Russophobia is dangerously out-of-control in America and Britain – the Skripal incident the latest pretext for tough talk and actions against Moscow.
Russia’s only sensible response is pushing back harder, sending a clear message it no longer will tolerate what’s unjustifiable.
Barry Goldwater once said “moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.”
Failure to confront unacceptable US/UK actions forcefully shows weakness, encouraging more of the same, heading down a dangerous path vital to halt.
