US/UK Axis of Evil Against Russia

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.orgHome – Stephen Lendman)

The US, UK, NATO, Israel, and their partners in high crimes threaten everyone everywhere – a force for evil with nukes, threatening humanity like never before in world history.

Is weaponized hysteria over Russia beyond the point of no return? Is nuclear war on the country by US-dominated NATO inevitable?

Will Britain and other alliance members join Washington’s rage to eliminate its number one adversary – for its sovereign independence, opposition to US imperial wars, and refusal to bow to its will?

Neocon UK Foreign Minister Jeremy Hunt urged EU countries to stand with America and Britain against what he deplorably called “malign, aggressive” Russian behavior – a disgraceful perversion of truth.

He lied adding the world is unsafe because of Russia’s foreign policy – supporting world peace, opposed to endless US-led wars of aggression with Britain and other partners in high crimes.

Effective August 22, new US sanctions will be imposed on Russia for numerous fabricated reasons (see below), including the March Skripal incident it had nothing to do with – a US/UK false flag, wrongfully blamed on the Kremlin.

Lavrov slammed Hunt for urging Trump to impose tough new sanctions on Russia, saying the Theresa May regime is trying to “dictate (EU and US) foreign policy with regard to Russia.”

“When (Hunt) was asked is there was any progress in” identifying suspects responsible for the March Skripal incident, “he did not know what to tell his own journalists.”

On Tuesday, US Deputy Treasury Secretary Sigal Mandelker said the Trump regime “block(ed) hundreds of millions of dollars of Russian assets in the United States.”

She cited nonexistent Russian “occupation of Crimea,” nonexistent Russian “aggression against Ukraine,” nonexistent “attempt(s) to subvert (nonexistent) Western democracies, nonexistent election interference, aid for nonexistent Syrian army massacres (committed by US-supported terrorists and Pentagon-led terror-bombing), nonexistent Syrian CW use, nonexistent Russian involvement in the Skripal incident, and other false accusations against the Kremlin.

The Trump regime and Congress so far imposed illegal sanctions on 217 Russian individuals and entities, including new ones targeted, as well as bans on US exports of electronic devices and dual-use components to Russia, effective August 22.

More to come may ban Russian airline Aeroflot flights to America, limit diplomatic ties, and halt US exports to Russia entirely.

Lavrov slammed new US sanctions, saying “(e)veryone understands that the sanctions against Russia were launched not because of Syria and not because of Ukraine or Crimea, or whatever, but only because of the wish to use the methods of unfair competition and promote the absolutely dead-end policy of deterring the Russian Federation.”

US-led Western interests are responsible for naked aggression in Syria and Ukraine, perpetuating conflicts to undermine resolving them.

In Syria, it’s by supporting ISIS and other terrorists, along with US-led terror-bombing and occupation of northeast and southwest parts of the country indefinitely.

In Ukraine, its by backing its illegitimate putschist regime, waging endless war on its own people.

Illegal US sanctions on Russia, China, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela and other nations are all about waging political and economic war on these countries.

Are they prelude to something far more serious? Does Washington have greater naked aggression in mind against one or more targeted countries threatening no one?
