China to Retaliate Against Hostile US Actions
The US is waging undeclared wars by hot and other means against all nations it doesn’t control — how the scourge of imperial operates, why it poses a threat to world peace.
China is in the eye of the US storm because of its growing prominence on the world stage as a political, economic, industrial, technological, and military powerhouse.
Hegemons don’t tolerate challenges to their aim for dominance over other nations.
China is rising. Its growing preeminence threatens US imperial aims. Its internal and geopolitical policies outshine how Washington operates.
A US war of words and hostile actions against Beijing threaten to rupture relations.
In its latest edition, the Wall Street Journal reported that unnamed “US officials charge(d) that China and Iran since at least Jan. 3 have waged cyberattacks against American firms and institutions that are working to find a vaccine for Covid-19” — no evidence cited, indicating that none exists.
The Journal: “(S)ome (US) officials (claim alleged attacks) may have hindered vaccine research” — again no evidence cited.
No successful coronavirus vaccines were ever developed. All vaccines are toxic and harmful to human health, some causing diseases its proponents claim they prevent.
Rushing one or more COVID-19 vaccines to market by yearend or early 2021 could infect large numbers of people with the virus who permit themselves to be vaxxed.
According to the Journal, the FBI and DHS claimed that Chinese “cyber actors and nontraditional collectors” were identified, adding:
These agencies “didn’t identify hacking victims and didn’t explain how officials have arrived at their conclusion of Beijing’s responsibility in coronavirus-related espionage against the US.”
It takes a little time to create phony accusations and make them appear to be legitimate.
Time and again, the US and press agent establishment media accuse other nations, entities, and/or individuals of Washington’s own high crimes and other wrongdoing.
The power of repetition gets most people almost anything, no matter how implausible.
China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, and other nations on the US target list for regime change pursue cooperative relations with other countries, at war with none — polar opposite how the US operates, an unparalleled threat to humanity by its rage to dominate by brute force and other hostile actions.
In response to unjustifiable COVID-19 related US lawsuits against China, its ruling authorities may retaliate, according to China’s Global Times (GT), saying the following:
“At least four US Congress lawmakers and two entities will be put onto China’s sanction list,” adding:
“China won’t just strike back symbolically, but will impose countermeasures that will make them feel painful.”
At least six lawsuits were filed against China in US federal courts, more likely to follow — despite no possibility of receiving unjustifiable compensation for US COVID-19 outbreaks and deaths that Beijing had nothing to do with.
Its ruling authorities called lawsuits “ridiculous (and) absurd.” They’re part of escalated US war on China by other means, notably ahead of US November elections — aiming to gain voter support by shifting blame for Trump’s indifference toward public health and welfare onto China.
A GOP-sponsored Justice for Victims of COVID-19 Act is a futile effort to remove China’s sovereign immunity.
If enacted, it’ll amend the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (1977) that limits whether foreign nations or their agencies may be sued in US federal or state courts.
International law protects governments from these lawsuits. The principle of sovereign immunity prevents lawsuits against against nations without their consent.
US judicial rulings held that the nation cannot be sued without congressional consent.
The 11th Amendment grants immunity to US states from lawsuits by residents of other states, nations, or their citizens.
Under the 14th Amendment, Congress can guarantee due process and equal protection under law to mandate issues like civil rights protections nationwide.
The US Supreme Court has final judicial say over interpreting US law. Congress and the executive can override its rulings by enacting new laws.
The China blame game by irresponsible lawsuits and other hostile actions will accomplish nothing other than widening the growing breach between both countries.
If things go too far, rupture and/or confrontation could follow.
