The NYT: Press Agent for US Aggression
The self-styled newspaper of record is a national disgrace — a lying machine abhorrent of journalism as it should be.
It never met an independent country free from US control it didn’t want raped and destroyed.
Along with serving monied interests at the expense of governance of, by, and for everyone equitably according to the rule of law, it provides press agent services for the imperial state.
It’s most notable what US forces launch naked aggression against nonbelligerent nations threatening no one.
The Times and other establishment media cheerlead preemptive wars.
It’s been this way since Harry Truman’s aggression against nonbelligerent North Korea — true as well throughout a decade of preemptive US war on Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
It’s notably been the case post-9/11.
The mother of all state-sponsored false flags to that time was used as a pretext for smashing one nation after another.
Then early last year, US dark forces renamed seasonal flu covid to launch unprecedented war on public health on the phony pretext of protecting it — a diabolical scheme unlikely to end in our lifetime.
A rubicon was crossed that’s all about transforming the US and other world community nations into ruler-serf societies by eliminating remaining freedoms.
The NYT and other establishment media support all of the above, including corporate empowerment and totalitarian rule — enforced by police state harshness.
On Friday, a Times propaganda piece expressed support for escalated Biden regime aggression in Syria.
Defying reality, it falsely called what breached the UN Charter and other international law a “carefully calibrated approach (by Biden) to restrain Iran’s regional militia allies without undercutting efforts to reach a new nuclear deal (sic).”
No responsible editors would touch the above rubbish. Times editors featured it — part of their war on truth-telling.
Like US dark forces, the Times falsely blamed Iran for strikes by Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces against illegal US occupation of their country.
According to TimesSpeak, these freedom fighters and Iran are “committed to subverting the interests of the United States and its allies (sic).”
Left unexplained by the Times is Washington’s unlawful aggression and occupation of regional countries.
It’s all about exerting imperial control by brute force and plundering resources of occupied countries, notably oil and gas.
As long as unwanted and reviled US forces remain in Iraq, they’ll remain targets of Popular Mobilizations Units (PMUs).
No nations may lawfully occupy the territory of other sovereign states.
After Bush/Cheney smashed Iraq in 2003, US forces — along with Pentagon/CIA supported jihadists — came to country to stay, against the will of its people wanting them out, Iraqi sovereignty restored.
Iraq’s Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein is meeting with Iranian officials in Tehran over the weekend.
According to Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh, he’ll meet with his counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif and other Iranian officials to discuss the latest regional developments, including in Syria.
Ahead of his arrival, Khatibzadeh denounced escalated Biden regime aggression against Damascus, adding:
It supports Israeli aggression and illegal US occupation of Syrian territory.
Hussein visited Tehran in early February.
According to Press TV, he expressed Baghdad’s interest in “expanding ties with Tehran in all areas,” adding:
He stressed that “the Iraqi nation and government are always grateful to Iran for its contribution to the Arab country’s anti-terror struggle, especially against Daesh, ‘and would never forget this.’ ”
Officials of both countries maintain close ties. They’re allied in combatting the scourge of US-supported ISIS in Iraq.
All of the above is suppressed by the Times and other establishment media.
They also pretend that Biden and hardliners around him are “trying to restore the (JCPOA) nuclear agreement” with Iran in good faith.
Reality is polar opposite. The Biden regime has done nothing to comply with its international obligations.
It wants a hardened agreement with unacceptable provisions Iran justifiably rejects.
It wants illegal sanctions remaining in place.
On all things related to invented US enemies, the Times supports what demands renunciation and condemnation.
Like many times before, it falsely accused Iran of “destabilizing activities across the Middle East” — what applies to the US and its imperial partners, not the Islamic Republic.
The Times and other establishment media consider regional freedom fighters Hamas, Hezbollah, Yemeni Houthis, and Iraqi PMUs “terrorists.”
So-called US regional “interests” are flagrantly in breach of the UN Charter and other international law.
Instead of explaining the above and related issues, the Times and other Western media provide press agent services for US, NATO, Israeli high crimes.
