Biden Regime Considers Israeli Aggression its Right of Self-Defense

Slow-motion genocide of unwanted Palestinians is longstanding Israeli policy.

Israeli historian Ilan Pappe and University of Illinois Law Professor Francis Boyle long ago accused Israel of committing (slow-motion) genocide against Palestinians they want eliminated from all valued parts of Judea and Samaria its ruling regimes want for exclusive Jewish development and use.

Geneva, Nuremberg and other international humanitarian laws guarantee what Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:

Everyone everywhere “has the right to life, liberty and security of person.”

Article 6 (1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights affirms it, saying every “human being has the inherent right to life.”

According to longstanding Israeli policy, Palestinians have no rights afforded them by international laws, norms and standards.

On Sunday, the Al Haq human rights group denounced Israeli occupying forces for “escalat(ing)  their attacks against Palestinians in Jerusalem, and specifically against worshipers inside Al-Aqsa Mosque,” adding:

“Israel’s oppression and fragmentation of the Palestinian people, systematic use of excessive force, collective punishment and arbitrary arrests policies, along with settler violence, which is carried out with institutionalized impunity, are a few characteristics of Israel’s settler-colonial and apartheid regime.”

Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Israeli forces preemptively attacked defenseless Palestinians — the Netanyahu and Biden regimes falsely blaming them for IDF aggression against them.

The above is a portion of a lengthy statement endorsed by the following Palestinian human rights groups:

At his latest press briefing, State Department spokesman Price blamed Palestinians for Israeli crimes committed against them.

Rocket fire from Gaza against Israel came in response to its security forces preemptively storming the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday — brutalizing and terrorizing thousands of Palestinian worshipers inside.

Defying reality, Price called what’s been going on since mid-April through Monday “Israel’s legitimate right to defend its people and its territory (sic).”

Disdain toward long-suffering Palestinians, along with full support for the worst of Israeli high crimes of war and against humanity is longstanding US policy.

IDF terror-bombing of Gaza continued on Monday, dozens killed, including at least nine children, scores injured, according to the Strip’s Health Ministry.

Israel considers Palestinian civilian men, women, children, infants, the elderly and infirm legitimate targets.

The same goes for residential buildings and other non-military sites.

Netanyahu and war minister Gantz vowed to increase the intensity of terror-bombing attacks and cross-border shelling.

Perhaps they have another Israeli war of aggression in mind on the the besieged Strip.

Haaretz editors accused Netanyahu regime hardliners of “provocations planned in advance to demonstrate mastery and control,” adding:

“They have carefully marked a path that has led to violence and could drag Israel into a war.”

Everything going on since last month “could have been avoided,” but wasn’t because Netanyahu is using state-sponsored violence on Palestinians to serve his own interests.

Ignoring preemptive aggression he signed off on, he accused besieged Gazans of “attack(ing) us with missiles,” risking all-out war on the Strip if beneficial to his political future.

An undeclared state of war exists — as always before, initiated by Israel.

According to the Times of Israel on Tuesday, the IDF “is moving armored forces toward the Gaza Strip, among them tanks, personnel carriers and D9 bulldozers.”

Early on May 11, Israel deployed artillery along Gaza’s border for shelling the Strip if ordered.

If it’s in preparation for preemptive war on Gaza, it’ll be for the fourth time since Israel’s late 2008-09 Cast Lead aggression.

According to Israeli media on Tuesday, Hamas threatened to fire rockets on Tel Aviv if Israeli state terror continues.

UN secretary general Guterres stopped short of condemning Israeli aggression, what he virtually never does.

Instead he said the UN “is working with all relevant parties to de-escalate the situation” while calling on both sides “to escalate maximum restraint.”

Interventionist Blinken refused to condemn Israeli crimes against humanity, bordering on all-out war.

Showing one-sided support for Israel, disdain like always toward Palestinians, he said “(a)ll sides need to de-escalate, reduce tensions, take practical steps to calm things down.”

According to war minister Gantz:

“Every bomb has an address. We will continue this in both the coming hours and the coming days. It’s hard to estimate how long it will take.”

IDF spokesperson Hidai Zilberman said around 80 Israeli warplanes, including F-35s, are involved in terror-bombing Strip targets.

According to Israel’s Health Ministry on Tuesday, IDF terror-bombing killed 28 Gazans so far, another 125 wounded, at least 15 seriously.

Thousands of Israeli reservists were activated.

Israel’s last full-scale preemptive war on Gaza — Operation Protective Edge in summer 2014 — devastated Strip communities for 51 days.

Has Israeli aggression on Gaza 4.0 already begun with no Netanyahu regime formal announcement?

Is the worst of it coming ahead?
