Biden Regime War on Cuba by Other Means

Along with made-in-the-USA street protests in Cuban cities, Biden regime hardliners are waging cyberwar on the island state.
According to Cuba’s Foreign Ministry, its website and ones of its worldwide missions are down from US/Western cyberattacks.
Addressing tens of thousands of government supporters in Havana’s Malecon on Saturday, President Miguel Diaz-Canel denounced foreign cyberattacks on the country’s media and diplomatic missions.
On Sunday, granma.cu is inaccessible, a message saying:
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration (sic) and was unable to complete your request.”
Diaz-Canel slammed Biden regime meddling in Cuban affairs, saying:
What’s going on is “the cold calculation of an unconventional war manual.”
US anti-social media are involved — “encourag(ing) and glorif(ing) the outrage and destruction of property (with an) overflowing of hatred.”
Biden regime hardliners are pursuing a strategy of instigating unrest and instability, Diaz-Canel stressed, adding:
The “enemy has once again thrown itself into destroying citizen’s sacred unity and tranquility.”
He “denounced the (US) blockade, aggression and terror.”
Via Twitter, he slammed Washington’s “shameful record of wars and violence, brutal repression and killings of citizens by the police, racism and human rights violations.”
“I call for solidarity and not to let hatred take over the Cuban soul, which is a soul of goodness, affection and love,” he tweeted.
Last week, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the following:
“We are closely following the situation in Cuba and around it,”adding:
“We consider outside interference in the domestic affairs of a sovereign state and other destructive actions that would encourage the destabilization of the situation on the island unacceptable.”
Cuban authorities “are taking all necessary measures to restore public order in the interests of the country’s citizens within the framework of the national Constitution and the current domestic legislation.”
The Biden regime is following a familiar playbook the US employs against nations free from its control.
“At first, (illegal) sanctions are introduced against them, and artificial problems are created or imposed from outside, which complicate the social and economic situation.”
“On this basis, tensions are provoked, and anti-government sentiment is stirred up.”
“When a critical mass is reached, the whole blame is laid on the national government.”
“Labels are pinned on it.”
“Its activity is discredited and thus the situation nears a collapse.”
The Biden regime is using these tactics “in Cuba.”
“Despite all measures to support the country’s economy and provide assistance to the citizens, taken by the central Cuban authorities, (Biden regime hardliners are) blaming them for” made-in-the-USA dire economic conditions.
“They allege that Havana is refusing to accept American assistance (sic) and is carrying out an anti-popular policy in general (sic).”
“With… impudence, the (Biden regime falsely) portrays developments in Cuba at all levels…(to be) a consequence of government mistakes.”
“The special cynicism of Washington” is all about decades of Cuban freedom from US control.
In response, US regimes have gone all-out to “stifl(e) the country, discriminat(e) against its people and destroy the economy.”
Illegal meddling in the internal affairs of other countries is longstanding US policy since the 19th century.
Along with Russia, China, Iran, and other sovereign independent countries, Cuba is in the eye of the US-created storm.
