Rights guaranteed Americans under international and constitutional law are null and void.

For the fourth time on October 29, the US Supreme Court breached international and constitutional law by rejecting an emergency appeal by Maine healthcare workers at hospitals and nursing homes to be exempt from mandatory jabs on religious grounds.

Three previous times since August, the High Court breached the international and constitutional right of voluntary consent on all things health related.

What US/Western dark forces and Pharma profiteers want replaced it — the public welfare abandoned on this crucial issue.

Also on Friday, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit overturned a temporary restraining order that upheld the right of New York state healthcare workers to be exempt from toxic jabs for religious reasons.

Attorneys representing three nurses involved in challenging the draconian mandate vowed a Supreme Court appeal.

Based on its ruling against Maine healthcare workers on this issue, their New York counterparts have little chance for the Court to uphold their constitutional right of religious freedom.

Responding to the Second Circuit ruling, attorneys for the three New York nurses said the following:

“New York’s mandate forces an abominable choice on (state) healthcare workers: abandon their faith or lose their careers.”

They and other state healthcare professionals with likeminded beliefs “refused refused to buy one-way tickets to hell on the hysteria express.” 

They’re committed to their religious beliefs and “remain optimistic that the Supreme Court will strike down New York’s discriminatory mandate as violating the First Amendment.”

Their faith is up against a hostile governor and Supremes.

They’re beholden to Biden regime dark forces and Pharma profiteers — at the expense of the public welfare and rule of law they entirely abandoned.

Separately, 17 New York doctors, residents and nurses sued the state’s anti-health department’s jabbing mandate on religious grounds in vain.

Ahead of Friday’s Second Circuit ruling in breach of international law and the First Amendment, about 16,000 NY state healthcare workers were granted the right to shun jabs for religious reasons.

Separately, America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) for medicine as it should be practiced reported that “ER physician Rochagne Kilian’s medical license was suspended for exposing the high rate of vascular issues she saw (firsthand) in… patients” jabbed with toxic kill shots.

AFLDS also quoted EU parliament member Christine Anderson’s profile in courage statement, saying:

“I will not be reduced to a mere guinea pig by getting (jabbed) with an experimental drug, and I will most assuredly not get (jabbed) because my government tells me to and promises in return, I will be granted freedom.”

On Friday, eminent UK-based physician Vernon Coleman MD reported that deaths in the country from flu/covid jabs over the past 6 months are “407% higher than all vaccines combined in the past 11 years.”

One victim was a tabbed rugby player. On the playing field, he suffered a “massive heart and stroke.”
