On Wednesday, Tass reported than Moscow and Minsk “expressed concern over (US-controlled) NATO’s buildup near the borders of the(ir) Union State.”
Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei was quoted, saying the following:
“We paid tremendous attention to arms control and disarmament.”
“This issue is very crucial for both foreign ministries, in particular, in the light of the worsening of previous challenges and the emergence of new ones in the field of global and regional security and the growth of destructive trends towards breaking the existing arms control and disarmament agreements.”
“The time is ripe to recall the term detente, largely forgotten since the Soviet era.”
“In this connection, we are expressing concern over the continuing groundless NATO buildup on the borders of the Union State.”
“Regrettably, (the Biden regime and its imperial) partners prefer to turn a deaf ear to us.”
“(L)arge-scale comprehensive aggression along different tracks has been unleashed against Belarus.”
Multinational forces from NATO countries are menacingly positioned near Belarus’ border, especially with Poland.
On Tuesday, Moscow reported the detection of a US air force “E-8C ground target reconnaissance and strike control aircraft…over the Black Sea” — around 20 miles from Russia’s border.
According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, US regional military activity may be prelude to escalated Ukrainian aggression against Donbass.
On the dubious pretext of an illegal immigration surge, Poland’s war minister Mariusz Blaszczak said the following on Monday:
“Over 12,000 troops are on the border” with Belarus — updated to 15,000 with possibly more coming.
“We have also raised the readiness level of the Territorial Defense Force.”
“We are ready to defend the country’s border together with the forces of the Interior Ministry.”
On Wednesday, Sergey Lavrov said the following:
“Cooperation (between Moscow and Minsk is) effectively…counteracting the anti-Belarusian campaign initiated by (the Biden regime and NATO partners at) the UN, OSCE, Council of Europe, (and) International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).”
“We proceed from the premise with our Belarusian friends that the joint work based on (the 2020-21 Creation of a Union State) allowed to effectively curb the attempts of the so-called collective West to put pressure on our countries.”
“We were closely coordinating our approaches.”
We’re “deflecting attempts to use multilateral venues to harm the interests of our two states in close contact with allies and associates.”
On Wednesday after meeting with his Belarusian counterpart, Lavrov said the following:
US-dominated NATO is fueling tensions to more greatly destabilize central Europe.
“Efforts to water down existing international arms control architecture are continuing, while military and political factors which undermine global strategic stability are gaining momentum.”
“Moscow and Minsk stand for the restoration of trust and the promotion of constructive dialogue in the Euro-Atlantic region to prevent an arms race and military build-ups to the detriment of long-term security interests of all countries within this region.”
Separately on Tuesday, interventionist Blinken’s spokesman Price falsely blamed Belarus and Russia for US/NATO-fueled tensions along Poland’s eastern border.
He lied accusing Minsk of “political exploitation (sic), coercion (sic), callous/inhumane facilitation of migration flows across its borders (sic), and undermin(ing) the peace and security of Europe (sic).”
He further defied reality by falsely accusing Belarus of “threaten(ing) Poland.”
The above reflect how hegemon US-dominated NATO and Israel operate — not Belarus or Russia.
The Biden regime is stoking possible conflict in central Europe against Russia and Belarus, against China in and near the Taiwan Straits, and Middle East against Iran.
Along with the above and other destabilizing actions, it continues waging war on humanity at home and worldwide with mass-extermination of unwanted people through toxins jabbed into their bodies.
Its ruthlessness exceeds the worst of its predecessors.
As long as undemocratic Dems are empowered, the risk of unprecedented catastrophe is ominously possible because of their rage to undermine nations free from their control, along with inflicting maximum harm on maximum numbers of people worldwide.
