Using colonized Ukraine as a proxy to maintain a state of permanent war along Russia’s borders, interventionist Blinken-led Biden regime hardliners risk engulfing the region in greater conflict than already.
Addressing the issue on Wednesday, Sergey Lavrov said the following:
Russia — along with the Donbass People’s Republics of Lugansk and Donetsk — alone support Minsk I and II (Security Council-approved 2014 and 2015) conflict resolution agreements, making them binding international and US constitutional law.
In cahoots with hegemon USA, Britain and Brussels back the illegitimate Ukrainian coup d’etat regime and US-installed puppet Zelensky.
He “opted for a policy of undermining the Minsk Agreements and subverting everything they promised to accomplish” — as ordered by his higher powers in Washington and other Western capitals.
“(W)e are seeing a clear effort by the Kiev regime to divert attention (away from) destroying (Minsk) by fueling (phony) scare stories, including about (a nonexistent) Russian threat,” Lavrov stressed, adding:
He and other regime officials want hegemon USA-controlled NATO “to send troops to defend (Nazi-infested) ‘free and democratic Ukraine (sic).’ ”
“Some (regime) official(s) (equated an operating) Nord Stream 2…to a declaration of war on Ukraine by Russia.”
These extremist notions “of hotheads are falling on fertile soil.”
“(T)his applies to the Western participants in the Normandy format as well.”
“The foreign ministers of Germany, France and Ukraine met on November 15.”
“Following talks, (Russophobic) French and German foreign ministers issued a statement, parroting Kiev’s views and threatening Russia with terrible consequences if it continued to pose a threat to Ukraine’s security” that doesn’t exist.
What’s going on is a diabolical “trick to divert attention.”
US-installed puppet “Zelensky is not averse to provoking incidents” with seeking foreign intervention for escalated central European war in mind.
There’s no ambiguity about what’s going on, its roots in Washington.
Stressing what’s clear to “all remotely knowledgeable Western experts,” Lavrov stressed:
“(H)aving invested in this Russophobic project that is based on an unconstitutional coup d’etat, (the US-dominated West) find(s) it difficult to deal in truth and an objective analysis of events.”
Mimicking remarks by his hostile-to-peace and rule of law boss, State Department spokesman Price said interventionist Blinken spoke to his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian.
They “discuss(ed) (nonexistent) Russian military activity in and near Ukraine (sic) and their continued ironclad commitment to” the Obama/Biden regime-created coup d/etat regime empowered illegitimately in Kiev.
Separately, Price pushed the Big Lie claim of “escalatory actions by Russia” that don’t exist.
On Wednesday, Zelensky regime foreign minister Dymitry Kuleba called on US-dominated NATO to prepare what he called “painful economic strikes” on Moscow.
In talks with Biden regime and other NATO officials, he invented the myth of nonexistent Russian “hybrid threats (sic).”
Separately Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki falsely accused Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko of plotting to invade Ukraine — fooling no one.
Addressing Russian diplomats on Wednesday, Putin stressed the following:
Russia’s security is threatened by “provocative” US/Western actions.
“We constantly express our concerns about this.”
“We talk about red lines, but, of course, we understand that (the US-dominated West is) very peculiar and, to put it mildly, they treat all of our warnings and discussions about red lines very superficially.”
Along with hegemon USA, Britain, France and Germany support the “dismantle(ment)” of Minsk I and II conflict resolution agreements — in support of forever war along Russia’s borders.
On all things US-dominated West, “(w)e are dealing with, to put it mildly, not very reliable” regimes in power, said Putin, adding:
“They walk away from any previous agreements easily.”
“Nevertheless, no matter how difficult it may be, we need to work on it.”
With US-orchestrated and directed forever Kiev aggression on Donbass, Putin stressed the “imperative (of) push(ing) for serious long-term guarantees that ensure Russia’s security in this area…”
On close Sino/Russian ties — what he called “a model for effective international cooperation in the 21st century,” Putin explained:
The US-dominated West “openly tr(ies) to drive a wedge between Moscow and Beijing.”
“We are well aware of this.”
“Together with our Chinese friends, we will continue responding to such attempts by expanding our political and economic sphere, and taking steps in the world arena.”
On all things US-dominated NATO — an instrument for smashing targeted nations — Putin stressed that Russian “concerns and warnings about eastward (alliance) expansion have been ignored completely.”
Following last June’s summit with the imposter in the White House, Putin explained what clear to all international observers.
Bilateral relations worsened instead of improving with nothing in prospect to change things in a positive direction.
On made-in-the USA/Brussels refugee situation along the Belarusian/Polish border, Putin called what’s going on “a new pretext for (escalating regional) tensions” more than already.
“Russia will proactively participate in international efforts to counter common challenges and threats, including, unfortunately, terrorism and international crime, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, poverty, inequality, climate change, and environmental degradation,” he added.
