Vladimir Putin and the White House imposter met via video link-up on Tuesday.
They spoke for a reported two hours.
They discussed key irresolvable issues.
Time spent accomplished nothing positive.
There never was any doubt before discussion began.
US-dominated NATO hostility toward Russia is hard-wired.
It has nothing to do with Russian threats to the West that don’t exist.
What’s going on — especially since the illegitimate Biden regime usurped power — is all about Russia’s independence, its freedom from hegemon USA’s control.
It’s why there’s no prospect for improved relations ahead.
It’s far more likely that bilateral relations will deteriorate dangerously further toward direct confrontation.
The same thing applies to China, Iran and other independent nations.
A state of undeclared US hot and/or cold war exists against all ruling authorities unwilling to sacrifice their sovereign rights to a higher power in Washington.
According to Tass, Putin and the fake Biden spoke for slightly over two hours.
Topics addressed included “Ukraine, NATO’s eastward expansion, strategic stability and bilateral issues.”
A secure video link-up was used for the first time.
The White House imposter reportedly briefed subservient European regimes and US-installed Kiev puppet Zelensky when talks ended.
After last June’s face-to-face Putin/fake Biden meeting in Geneva, Russian relations with hegemon USA plunged to a post-WW II low.
Lower still today from escalated Biden regime war on Russia by other means, Tuesday talks accomplished nothing toward turning things around.
A White House statement following talks said the following:
Based on lines scripted for him to recite, the fake Biden “voiced deep (US/UK/EU) concerns about Russia’s (nonexistent) escalation of forces surrounding Ukraine and made clear that (hegemon USA and its vassal states) would respond with strong economic and other measures in the event of military escalation (sic).”
A Kremlin statement said “candid and businesslike talks between Vladimir Putin and (the fake Biden) took place via videoconference.”
Putin sought “reliable and firm legal guarantees” that exclude further NATO expansion eastward to include no deployment of “offensive strike weapons systems in countries adjacent to Russia.”
According to Putin aide Yury Ushakov:
“Our president informed (the fake Biden) in sufficient detail about how Kiev fails to fulfill the relevant Minsk agreements.”
“It was said directly that Ukraine sabotages the Minsk implementation.”
“In addition, it sabotages the agreements reached within the framework of the Normandy Four summit.”
It “delays the negotiation process in the contact group and seeks to exclude Donbass from the negotiation process.”
Ushakov failed to explain that Kiev’s actions are controlled by its higher power in Washington.
Putin notably expressed concern about mobilized US-controlled NATO forces near Russia’s borders.
Putin’s concern about eastward expansion of US-dominated NATO fell on deaf ears like always before.
Following talks, Biden regime national security advisor Sullivan said the following:
“I will tell you clearly and directly that (the White House imposter) made no commitments or concessions.”
“He stands by the proposition that countries should be able to freely choose who they associate with.”
Interventionist Blinken said hegemon USA demands that “Russia take no additional aggressive steps toward Ukraine (sic).”
Ignored was that aggression is how the US operates on multiple fronts — in stark contrast to Russia’s prioritization of peace, stability, respect for the sovereignty of all nations and compliance with the rule of law.
Defiantly ignoring Russia’s red line opposition to NATO membership for Ukraine, Blinken said that the alliance’s “door (is) open to (nations that) aspire membership.”
Last week, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stressed that “contact is badly needed” at a time of conflict and heightened tensions in central Europe.
There’s been “no progression on bilateral affairs, which are more and more spiraling into a phase of acute crisis.”
Groundless accusations about Russian forces mobilized along Ukraine’s border for invasion reflect longstanding hegemon USA’s war on Moscow by other means.
Reality is the other way around, Sergey Lavrov stressing that “significant units and armaments from NATO countries, including American and British, are being moved (menacingly) closer to our borders.”
Former UK war staff chief General Nick Carter warned of “accidental” US/NATO war on Russia because “traditional diplomatic mechanisms” no longer exist.
“We’re in a much more competitive world than…10 or 15 years ago.”
“The nature of competition between states and great powers leads to greater tensions.”
“(E)scalation (risks) miscalculation.”
The risk of East/West conflict is greater today than any previous time post-WW II, he believes.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called East/West relations “very difficult.”
Heightened tensions show no signs of easing.
According to the Kremlin press service, Putin and the fake Biden focused mostly on Ukraine, its forever war on Donbass, and destabilization of central Europe.
Putin “cited concrete examples to illustrate Kiev’s destructive policy geared to the utter breakdown of the Minsk accords and agreements reached in the Normandy format.”
“He voiced serious concern over Kiev’s provocative actions against Donbass.”
He “stressed that it is inadmissible to shift responsibility onto Russia’s shoulders because it is NATO (that’s) making dangerous attempts to exploit Ukraine’s territory and is building up its military potential near our borders.”
“That (cuts to the heart of) Russian” concerns.
Moscow wants regional peace and stability.
US-dominated NATO threatens to go the other way more than already.
Tuesday talks by video link-up changed nothing.
A state of undeclared US-dominated NATO war on Russia exists that risks turning hot by accident or Biden regime design.
