Last Tuesday, Biden regime’s national security advisor Sullivan commented on “a nightmare scenario where President Putin invades Ukraine (sic) and…President Xi uses force to reunify Taiwan with China (sic),” saying:
“The US (will) take every action that we can take, from the point of view of both deterrence and diplomacy, to make sure that the (above) scenario(s) never happen.”
On Thursday, China’s Global Times (GT) accused Sullivan of “dragging (hegemon USA) down by talking big,” adding:
Senior Biden regime officials talk “tough” without thinking on all things related to the Taiwan Straits, China and the territory it considers a breakaway province to be reunited with the mainland.
Interventionist Blinken falsely accused Beijing of attempting to “reshape not only its own territory but also the global system to its benefit (sic).”
He threatened that “if Beijing (tried) to change the status quo unilaterally by force, it would be a very serious mistake.”
The above reflects how the US operates in multiple parts of the world in waging forever war on humanity at home and abroad.
Sullivan’s over-the-top remark against China’s unification with Taiwan was “alarming,” said GT.
At a future time, reunification is destined to happen, what hegemon USA cannot prevent.
Despite public remarks suggesting otherwise, the US is highly unlikely to go to war with China over Taiwan — notably in a part of the world not its own where nearly half a century ago it was forced from the region and humiliated after decades of direct and proxy war.
If Washington foolishly aids Taiwan militarily beyond sales of weapons and related policies, humiliation a second time around is highly likely.
“It hegemon USA supports…and encourages” Taiwanese separatists to declare independence from China, GT believes “reunification by force will” follow.
“The more the US and…Taiwan collude, the sooner reunification by force will come.”
While Beijing prioritizes regional peace and stability, it won’t tolerate interference in its internal affairs by a foreign power without taking steps to counter it.
Rejection of reunification by Taiwan’s ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) pushed things toward possible confrontation with China — especially if hegemon USA encourages its independence.
If the Biden regime uses Taiwan as an anti-China weapon, tensions will more greatly heighten enough to risk unthinkable confrontation.
Sullivan’s unacceptable remarks were uncalled for.
The same goes for Blinken.
Biden regime rhetoric and actions against nations free from US control risk pushing things beyond a point of no return toward possible unthinkable global war 3.0 at a time when super-weapons can end life on earth.
Since the atom was split over 75 years ago, especially after the Cold War ended, US-dominated NATO failed to go all-out to avoid the risk of mutually assured destruction by eliminating what can turn world community cities to smoldering rubble in short order if things go this far.
Lessons not learned risk potential disaster, notably because of US rage for unchallenged global dominance by whatever it takes to achieve its diabolical aims.
