Djokovic v. Judicial Ruling Against Him

Most often in the US/West, apartheid Israel and elsewhere, judicial rulings follow political sentiment.

Time and again they rule for powerful interests over the law as it should interpreted.

That’s how things went down in Australia last Sunday against world’s No. One tennis star Novak Djokovic.

Ignoring international law, a unanimous three-judge Federal Court ruling unlawfully upheld his visa cancellation, his deportation ordered on spurious grounds.

Ignored was permission granted him before arriving in the country to defend the Australian Open singles title he won a record 9 times — without disclosing his jabbing status.

The three-judge ruling had nothing to do with upholding the rule of law.

It grievously flouted it.

The ruling was unrelated to protecting public health.

Kill shots destroy it — what they’re designed to do.

According to UK-based Save Us Now in early January:

“Over One Thousand Scientific Studies Prove That (flu/covid jabs) Are Dangerous, and All Those Pushing This Agenda Are Committing the Indictable Crime of Gross Misconduct in Public Office,” adding:   

Over the past 12 months, “scientific studies in the thousands, and reports of criminal complaints of assault and murder from the illegal, unlawful use of biochemical poisons made to police forces around the country, verify an assault on an unsuspecting UK population.” 

“Irrefutable science shows that (kill shots are) not safe and not effective in limiting transmission or infection…”

Phony claims otherwise are state-approved propaganda with mass-extermination of unwanted segments of societies in mind at home and worldwide.

Evidence of irreparable harm from kill shots is indisputable.

Independent autopsies show they destroy the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, brain and other bodily organs.

They cause diseases instead of protecting against contracting them.

Pfizer and Moderna mRNA jabs are not vaccines. 

They’re labeled this way because the US definition of biological products was changed in 2019 to permit what should be banned.

Along with J & J, AstraZeneca and Novavax jabs, their toxins are designed to destroy health on the phony pretext of protecting it.

In their unanimous ruling last Sunday, Australian justices James Allsop, Anthony Besanko and David O’Callaghan defied reality and the rule of law as follows, saying:

“An iconic world tennis star may influence people of all ages, young or old, but perhaps especially the young and the impressionable, to emulate him.”

Fact: That’s a good thing, not the other way around.

Athletic skill aside, everyone should be informed and encouraged to shun kill shots with protecting their health in mind.

The ruling continued, saying:

Encouraging emulation of Djokovic “is not fanciful.”

“It does not need evidence.” 

“It is the recognition of human behavior from a modest familiarity with human experience.”

“Even if Mr Djokovic did not win the Australian Open, the capacity of his presence in Australia playing tennis to encourage those who would emulate or wish to be like him is a rational foundation for the view that he might foster anti-(kill shot) sentiment.”

Fact: If his opposition to what no one should support influences many others to follow his example — down under or anywhere else worldwide — countless thousands of lives will be saved.

More from the ruling added that “(t)he court outlined the central argument from Djokovic’s legal team.”

“The central proposition of Mr Djokovic’s argument was that minister (Hawke) lacked any evidence and cited none that his presence may ‘foster anti-vaccination sentiment.’ ” 

“However, it was open to infer that it was perceived by the public that Mr Djokovic was not in favor of (jabs).

Fact: Under international law that’s binding on ruling regimes and courts in all nations — including police states USA, Israel and Australia — individuals have final say on all things related to their health.

No one can legally override that right for any reason.

Finally, the court said “(i)t was known or at least perceived by the public that (Djokovic) had chosen not to be (jabbed),” his legal right.

“It was not irrational for (Hawke) to be concerned that the asserted support of some anti-(jabbing) groups for Mr Djokovic’s apparent position on (kill shots) may encourage rallies and protests that may lead to heightened community transmission.”

Ignored by Hawke, the draconian Morrison regime and three-judge federal court ruling is that jabs destroy health on the phony pretext  of providing protection not gotten.

Ignored as well is that jabs are responsible for the vast majority of flu/covid outbreaks, other serious diseases, hospitalizations and deaths.

Minimizing the above threat requires staying unjabbed.

For the vast majority of individuals, contracting flu/covid is a good thing.

It’s because full recovery is virtually certain — except for a tiny percent of the aged and immunosuppressed.

Natural immunity gained protects against reinfection.

No one may legally deny the right of everyone to do what they believe best protects their health and well-being.

No one may legally violate the sovereignty of our bodies.

Djokovic acted with this in mind, his international law right.

The Morrison regime, Hawke and three-judge Federal Court panel flagrantly breached the rule of law by their actions.

All their huffing, puffing and hyperventilating otherwise leaves reality unchanged.

Djokovic invoked his legal right to shun jabs.

Everyone everywhere has the same right.

Australian authorities breached the letter and spirit of international law by their egregious actions against the world’s No. One and the Australian people overall.
