Both right wings of the US war party prioritize wars by hot and/or other means on invented enemies over cooperative relations with all nations.
Following the Obama/Biden regime’s February 2014 Maidan coup in Kiev, a state of war has existed against the Donbass People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk with no resolution in sight.
For the last eight years in central Europe, official US-dominated NATO policy has been confrontation over cooperation with Moscow and the above self-declared republics.
In 2014, they broke from Kiev to establish democratic rule over Ukrainian fascist tyranny they rejected.
Adopted in September 2014 and February 2015 respectively, Minsk I and II conflict resolution agreements between Kiev and Donbass were dead because the Obama/Biden regime rejected them in favor of endless war along Russia’s border.
From then to now, US policy has been unchanged.
On orders from its higher power in Washington, Kiev breached Minsk provisions straightaway before their ink was dry — notably as follows.
For nearly eight years, there’s been no durable/sustainable ceasefire.
No Kiev withdrawal of heavy weapons along the line of contact — just the opposite, numbers there greater than ever.
No full and accurate OSCE reporting on Kiev violations exists.
No Donbass autonomy agreed to by Ukraine because hegemon USA rejects it.
No recognition of its democratic elections.
No dialogue with or diplomatic outreach to Donetsk and Lugansk leaders.
No recognition of the legitimate rights of their people.
No acceptance of their political and socio-economic priorities.
No concern for the health, well-being, and overall welfare of people who’ve endured nearly eight years of war.
Cross-border in Ukraine, Russian nationals are persecuted and otherwise mistreated as fifth column threats — systematically denied their fundamental rights.
On orders from Washington, Kiev banned democratic reforms.
Lawless fascist rule is the law of the land.
Elections when held are farcical.
Installed puppet leadership is controlled by Washington.
Foreign troops hostile to Russia and Donbass infest Ukraine.
State terror is official policy internally and cross-border.
Interventionist Blinken wants Minsk I and II agreements revised by what he called “appropriate sequencing (sic).”
He wants a permanent state of undeclared war while rhetorically claiming otherwise.
He wants Donbass freedom fighters blamed for US-orchestrated and directed crimes of war and against humanity by Kiev.
On Wednesday, Donetsk People’s Republic official Natalia Mikhailova explained the following:
Kiev continues to ignore calls to discuss conflict resolution.
The Zelensky regime expressed “extreme concern over a lack of progress in implementing political aspects of the joint coordinated conclusions of the Normandy Four summit in Paris in 2019.”
Ukrainian officials show time and again that their promises are hollow.
On orders from Washington, they don’t negotiate. They demand, offering nothing in return.
Commenting on perpetual war along the contact line, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the following:
“It is strange how the US is trying to find a sequence in a document where the entire sequence of steps is spelled out for all parties” clearly and unequivocally, adding:
“Such remarks, and especially their synchronicity, make one thing clear.”
The Biden regime “wants (Minsk I and II agreements) revised.”
Its policy appears intended to leave the DOA “peace process” in a permanent state of “collapse.”
What’s going on “encourages the Kiev regime to engage in more escapades, first and foremost against their own people, as well as against international law…common sense” and Donbass.
Hegemon USA, its key UK, French and German partners encourage contempt for Minsk conflict resolution agreements in favor of forever war with likely intent for escalation.
