Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova (MZ below) once again set the record straight on all things related to Moscow and Kiev, saying the following:
“This week (like earlier ones), we once again witnessed the continuing information and political campaign by the West to spin the myth of the Russian threat.”
It’s falsely claimed “that our country is about to attack, that it has specific plans to do so (sic).”
“All this nonsense is” claimed by hegemon USA-dominated NATO.
It’s “contrary to the real situation and to the common sense that would prompt the need to put an end to this Western, primarily Anglo-Saxon, hysteria and to normalize the situation as soon as possible.”
Western leaders, their underlings, spokespersons, and MSM press agents stick exclusively to the fabricated official narrative about all things Russia and other invented US/Western enemies.
Hegemon USA-dominated NATO uses Ukraine as a platform for waging Cold War on Russia.
It continues daily despite US-installed puppet Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials who called for toning things down — knowing no Russia threat to the country exists.
Reports by US, UK and other MSM on Russia “bec(ame) a laughing stock in both Russia and the rest of the world,” said MZ, adding:
“It is impossible to take these mythical cliches and phobias seriously.”
They’re pushed to “distract (public attention) from domestic (sociopolitical and economic) problems.”
Commenting on the BoJo regime’s imitation foreign secretary Truss — an embarrassment to the position she holds — MZ quoted her thoroughly debunked fake news rubbish, saying:
“We have information that indicates the Russian Government is looking to install a pro-Russian leader in Kiev (sic).”
“We have information that the Russian intelligence services maintain links with numerous former Ukrainian politicians” with hostile intentions in mind (sic).
“Highly likely” is a favorite US/UK fake news phrase, repeated by their MSM press agents.
No matter that no credible evidence supports their fabricated claims about Russia.
MZ explained that in February 2021, UK foreign office dark forces formally initiates a “new project (labeled) Undermine Russia.”
Likely in cahoots with hegemon USA, Britain is secretly “funding Russian-language news publications in Russia and other post-Soviet states.”
It “establish(ed) a secret network of influential bloggers on Russian-language social media.”
“The (diabolical) goal is to create conditions for regime change in Russia and to undermine Russian influence in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.”
The UK owned and controlled BBC propaganda operation is involved. So is Reuters.
Along with other MSM, state-approved rubbish is featured daily.
Commenting on a steady flow of US and European weapons to Ukraine for escalated aggression on Donbass, MZ accused nations involved of “fomenting tensions.”
Weeks earlier, Sergey Lavrov slammed what’s going on, saying:
“What the West is doing in terms of ‘pumping’ weapons into the hands of the Kiev authorities is making them increasingly tempted to go over to the strong-arm methods of solving problems in Eastern Ukraine.”
“For us, this is absolutely unacceptable for obvious reasons.”
In response to US-installed NATO puppet Stoltenberg’s head-fake remark for Russia to restart dialogue with the alliance, MZ responded:
Time and again, US-dominated NATO claims to be “for peace and friendship” while waging forever hot and cold wars on invented enemies like Russia.
Their rhetoric says one thing, their actions something polar opposite.
Like most of his predecessors, Stoltenberg is a US imperial tool, obeying orders from his higher authorities in Washington.
Hostile to peace, stability and the rule of law, the alliance’s agenda is all about waging hot and/or cold wars on nations free from US control.
Separately, MZ commented on Moscow being named by the UN Human Settlements Program as one of “the world’s best (cities) in terms of infrastructure development and the quality of life.”
Criteria include productivity, infrastructure development, quality of life, equity and social inclusion, environmental sustainability, urban governance and legislation.
Moscow ranked third in the world after Singapore and Toronto.
Commenting on Moscow’s high ranking, Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said it “proves that we are on the right track.”
During his 11-year tenure, Moscow has undergone significant urban renewal, beautification projects, public transport development and other projects to make the city more livable for its residents.
