Screaming MSM headlines and related rubbish on all things Russia and Ukraine are worlds apart from reality on the ground.
US/Western news consumers are terror-bombed and otherwise assaulted by a daily blitzkrieg of Russia bashing Big Lies and mass deception.
Whenever hegemon USA-dominated NATO goes to war, plans one, or aids a proxy combatant, fake news propaganda proliferates like crabgrass besets lawns.
Ukraine is a US-created, Nazi-infested fascist police state under puppet rule installed by Washington.
There’s nothing remotely democratic about its ruling regime, nothing free about the great majority of its exploited people.
No one is safe in central Europe as long as Nazified Kiev rule is empowered under hegemon USA control.
Overnight, AP (fake) News falsely reported the following:
“Russian forces shelled Europe’s largest nuclear plant early Friday (sic), sparking a fire (at Ukraine’s) Zaporizhzhia” NPP.
According to UK owned and controlled BBC fake news, “Russia attacked (Ukraine’s) Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (sic).”
The Zelensky regime “accused Russia of deliberately shooting at” Zaporizhzhia’s six reactors.
Qatar’s Al Jazeera propaganda operation headlined:
“Ukraine nuclear power plant attack (sic): All you need to know (sic)”
WaPo fake news headlined:
“Russian forces seize Ukrainian nuclear power plant after shelling sets it on fire (sic)”
WSJ fake news screamed that Zaporizhzhia was “under attack” by Russian forces.
And this from National Pentagon Radio (NPR):
“Russian troops are attacking Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (sic).
Straight talk about reality on the ground reported by Russian Defense Ministry’s spokesman General Igor Konashenko debunked the above rubbish, explaining the following:
“Last night, an attempt to carry out a horrible provocation was made by Kiev’s nationalist regime on the area surrounding the (Zaporozhskaya nuclear power) station.”
Hours earlier, Ukrainian forces initiated a shootout with Russian troops involved in protecting the facility so it can operate safely.
At around 2:00 AM local time, Ukrainian saboteurs opened fire on Russian soldiers from a training facility next to the NPP.
They “retaliat(ed)” against the building where they were located.
Before neutralized, Zelensky regime saboteurs set the training facility ablaze.
The fire was extinguished. No nuclear reactors were damaged.
No radiation leakage was reported.
Claims of Russian responsibility for the incident reflected MSM complicity with the Zelensky regime’s scheme to falsely blame Russia for an incident to spread radiation in Ukraine.
On Monday, Russian forces gained control of the facility to protect it from sabotage, as well as to prevent Kiev from using it to produce dirty bombs.
MSM reports about the overnight incident followed the pattern of all fake news, all the time, on all things Russia.
According to perversion of reality by the NYT:
“Ukrainians (are) our instructors and inspirers (sic).”
They’re “lining up to get weapons to defend their homeland (sic).”
They’re “surg(ing) back (from abroad) to risk death to defend their people and way of life (sic).”
“We owe them such a debt (sic).”
“They reminded us not only what it looks like to believe in democracy (sic), the liberal order (sic) and national honor (sic) but also to act bravely on behalf of these things (sic).”
Dementia Joe’s impersonator “masterly and humbly helped organize a global coalition (sic).”
“There’s been restored faith in true patriotism (sic).”
“(T)he moral flame (in Ukraine) burns strong (sic).
All of the above and more of the same was from one fake news Times Russia bashing, pro-Nazified Ukraine propaganda piece — what no responsible editors would touch or tolerate.
WaPo featured the following rubbish in its latest edition:
Steal, “don’t just freeze, Putin’s billions” no evidence suggests exist.
“Sanction Russia’s oil and gas” to block its energy exports — that would wreck Western and other economies if blocked them entirely.
“Putin has a huge advantage in the kind of nuclear weapon he would be most likely to use (sic).”
“Putin has a long history of…authorizing assassination attacks across Europe (sic).
“(O)rdering an invasion with alleged war crimes in Syria (sic).”
“(I)nterfering in repeated US and European elections (sic).
“(P)oisoning political opponents in Russia with chemical weapons (sic).”
“(I)nvading Georgia once and Ukraine twice (sic).”
“(F)ollowed by annexation and recognition of regions of these two countries as independent entities (sic).”
All of the above fiction about Russia reflects a snapshot of longstanding US policy.
According to WaPo editors, Russia must be punished for “atrocities inflicted on Ukrainian civilians” by the US-installed regime.
The problem with Russia bashing fake news is that most people believe it — when repeated ad nauseam like now.
A Final Comment
On the eve of Russia’s conflict with Ukraine, before fireworks began, Fairness & Accuracy in Reporting (FAIR) headlined:
“Western Media Fall in Lockstep for Neo-Nazi Publicity Stunt in Ukraine,” saying:
“Western (MSM) omitted key context about the expansion of NATO since the end of the Cold War, as well as US (dirty hands all over) “the Maidan coup in 2014.”
Unexplained as well by Western media has been “integration of neo-Nazis into the Ukrainian armed forces.”
“If the corporate media reported more critically about Western support for the neo-Nazi-infested Ukrainian security services, and how these forces function as a front-line proxy of US foreign policy, public” awareness of what’s gone on would likely translate to support long-suffering Donbass residents and opposition to Nazified Ukraine.
