US-dominated NATO regimes abhor peace and stability.
Since the war-making alliance was formed, its ruling regimes raped and destroyed one invented enemy after another.
US merchants of death and destruction make billions of dollars from endless war-making — notably US big five firms Lockheed Martin, Boeing, General Dynamics, Northrup Grumman and Raytheon.
Numerous others profit hugely, including GE, Honeywell, and Silicon Valley tech firms.
The more wars and longer they go on, the greater the profits for the US military industrial complex.
Peace and stability wreck their bottom line projections.
In his In his book titled, “Iron, Blood and Profits,” George Seldes explained that the “worldwide munitions racket…depends on slaughter.”
In February 2018, Project Censored reported a whopping $21 trillion gone missing from the federal budget throughout the 1998 – 2015 period.
From then to now, trillions more enriched war profiteers, Wall Street, and other corporate favorites — while ordinary Americans are exploited and vital homeland needs go begging.
On Friday, Reuters and other MSM reported that US-dominated NATO regimes continue pouring weapons into Ukraine.
Items include Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems (MANPADS) able to down low-flying aircraft and helicopters.
Their effectiveness is limited against high-flying warplanes.
According to Defense One on Friday, Russia is flying about 200 sorties daily.
Whether it’s mostly from its own airspace as the Pentagon claims is unclear.
Russia has long-range capabilities from aircraft and ground-based missiles.
Manpads mainly pose a threat to commercial and other private aircraft.
According to the RAND Corporation, over five dozen civilian aircraft were struck by manpads since the 1970s, killing over 1,000 civilians.
At least 57 non-state armed groups have, or are suspected to have, these weapons, according to RAND.
US and other NATO regimes provided no information on how many manpads were sent to Ukraine since Russia’s special military operation began.
Handing them out in large numbers indiscriminately, as RT reported, could endanger central European airspace long after Russia’s special military operation ends.
Notably if they fall into the hands of terrorists.
Russia warned that weapons spotted entering Ukraine are “legitimate targets” for elimination.
Nations supplying them are complicit with Kiev’s crimes of war and against humanity.
After opposing foreign shipments of weapons to Ukraine, Germany began shipping (marginally effective at best) anti-tank systems and surface-to-air missiles.
Like its US, UK and French counterparts, the Scholz regime favors forever war in Europe’s heartland over resolution.
US-Installed NATO puppet Stoltenberg announced more weapons to Ukraine from alliance members, including air defense systems.
Instead of providing greater security to Ukraine and central Europe, polar opposite results from proliferating the region with weapons.
War is perpetuated over peace until Ukraine is smashed enough to want no more of what’s going on and ceases resisting disarmament.
A Final Comment
On Friday, Vladimir Putin said the following:
“As to the delivery of arms, especially Western-made ones which have fallen into the hands of the Russian army — of course I support giving them to the military units of the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics.”
Russia’s Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu suggested it. “Please do this,” Putin told him.
Separately on Saturday, Russia’s Defense Ministry spokesman Gen. Konashenkov said the following:
On “March 12, high-precision long-range weapons attacked Ukraine’s military infrastructure.”
Degrading its military capabilities continues effectively.
On Friday alone, “operational-tactical and army aviation hit 145 military assets of the Ukrainian armed forces.
It’s just a matter of time before Ukraine is at least largely degraded militarily.
The offensive nature of the West is because their armament industries are privatized. They should be nationalized to prevent wars.
