Smashing Ukraine’s War Machine

Hegemon USA-dominated NATO created Ukraine’s war machine for offense, not defense.

For perpetual war on Donbass with intent to seize, occupy, control and Nazify Donetsk and Lugansk along Russia’s border.

For use as proxy US/NATO troops to menace and otherwise destabilize Russia.

For pursuing what Gore Vidal called “perpetual (US) war for perpetual peace,” adding:

America is “rotting away at a funereal pace.” 

“We’ll have a military dictatorship pretty soon, on the basis that nobody else can hold everything together.”

The US is addicted to perpetual war against invented enemies, what historian Harry Elmer Barnes called “interminable wars, disguised as noble gestures for peace.”

Like no other nation in modern memory over a longer duration, the US spends as much on militarism and war-making as all other nations combined — with all categories of military-related spending combined, including multi-billion dollar black budgets.

Its longstanding policy lets military industrial complex profiteers gorge at the public trough at expense of vital homeland needs and world peace.

Einstein long ago noted that splitting “of the atom changed everything except our thinking.”

He warned that we’re “drifting toward catastrophe beyond conception.” 

“We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive.”

Father of nukes Robert Oppenheimer said:

“I have become death, the destroyer of a world.” 

Anti-nuclear activist Helen Caldicott once said she “can’t sleep (at a time when) an acute clinical emergency exists” — the risk of nuclear armageddon if things get pushed too far.

If enough thermonukes are detonated, “(e)veryone will be burnt,” she warned.

“(S)ome vaporized. Some charcoalized, some (with just third degree burns.” 

“And everyone will die.” 

“Some immediately, but some in a few days, in the most extraordinary agony.”

Is this where things are heading?

Did hegemon USA’s rage for unchallenged global dominance head things for a nuclear showdown with Russia and China?

Because of the threat to its security posed by dominant US hardliners, Vladimir Putin said the following on Feb. 27 — three days after Russia’s special military operation began to demilitarize, deNazify and neutralize Ukraine:

“Western countries aren’t only taking unfriendly economic actions against our country, but leaders of major NATO countries are making aggressive statements about our country,” adding: 

“So, I order to move Russia’s deterrence forces to a special regime of combat duty.”

At the same time, Moscow’s Union State partner Belarus offered to host Russian tactical nuclear weapons in its territory for joint self-defense.

If Russia’s security is gravely threatened by US-dominated NATO, Putin warned of consequences “such as you have never seen in your entire history.”

On Feb. 26, two days after Russia’s special military operation began, Biden regime deputy secretary of state Sherman said that Russian/US dialogue will not proceed under the current circumstances.

In June 2021, head of Russia’s armed forces, General Valery Gerasimov, explained the following:

“The country’s nuclear policy is purely defensive in nature,” adding: 

“Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear and other types of weapons of mass destruction against it or its allies, and in cases of aggression against Russia using conventional weapons when the very existence of the state is threatened.”

Weeks earlier, Putin signed a decree, stating:

Russia should maintain a nuclear potential at a “sufficient level to ensure deterrence” — to guarantee the “sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state.”

“Russia views nuclear weapons exclusively as a means of deterrence, and the use of which is an extreme forced measure.”

On March 22, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said the following on matters relating to nuclear weapons use:

“(E)verything that was said on this topic, everything we’ve published, confirms an obvious thing.”

“The question of potential use of our military nuclear potential is completely tied to the corresponding clauses of the Russian military doctrine and corresponding points of the basics of state policy on nuclear deterrence.” 

“We have an extremely responsible approach to this matter, and we never escalate anything.”

“Look what is happening on the other side.”

The US-dominated West “speculate(s) on the signals sent by the commander-in-chief in the changing operational situation.” 

“We have provided necessary explanations repeatedly.” 

“They keep raising this topic endlessly in their NATO and other formats.”

“They post animation videos online with general calculations of potential consequences of an escalation scenario with use of nuclear weapons.” 

“This is playing on everyone’s nerves.”

“It is yet another display of the Western cynicism.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made similar comments to the above, adding:

“We have a concept of domestic security, and it’s public.” 

“You can read all the reasons for nuclear arms to be used.”

“So if it is an existential threat for our country, then it can be used in accordance with our concept.”

On Friday, Russian Defense Ministry General Staff Deputy head Gen. Sergey Rudskoy explained the following:

At this time, “the main goals of the first stage of the operation are complete.”

It’ll last until the until the “total completion of goals set by the commander-in-chief” are accomplished.

Russian forces largely or entirely surrounded and isolated the following major Ukrainian cities:  Kiev, Kharkov, Chernigov, Sumy and Nikolayev.

The Donbass city of Mariupol as well. 

The Kherson region and most of the Zaporozhye region are under total Russian control.

“The public, as well as certain experts, question what do we do around the blocked Ukrainian cities.” 

“We did not plan to storm these cities from the start, in order to prevent destruction and minimize losses among personnel and civilians.”

Russian weapons “displayed high precision, reliability and ability to be used promptly.”

Ukrainian aerial capabilities, including its air defense systems were “almost completely destroyed.”

Its navy “no longer exists.”

All 24 of its ground formations sustained “significant losses.”

No combat ready reserves exist to replace them.

After one month of Russia’s special military operation, its forces destroyed or rendered inoperable the following:

65.7% of Ukrainian tanks and armored vehicles

42.8% of its field artillery and mortars 

30.5% of its multiple launch rocket systems 

82% of its S-300 and Buk-M1 missile air defense systems 

85% of its Tochka-U tactical missile systems

Three-fourths of Ukraine’s planes and half of its helicopters

Only one of its 36 Bayraktar TB-2 drones remains in service.

Russian strikes rendered 16 main Ukrainian airstrips largely or entirely inoperable.

39 depots and armories where military vehicles, equipment fuel was stored were destroyed.

Over one million tons of munitions were eliminated.

30 key Ukrainian military-related factories were destroyed or damaged.

Most occupied Donetsk and Lugansk territory was liberated.

Operations to liberate Mariupol entirely continue.

Rudskoy said that continued supply of weapons and munitions by US/NATO regimes will not affect Russia’s ability to demilitarize Ukraine.

They’ll only prolong conflict and increase the casualty count.

The true goal of these shipments is unrelated to supporting Ukraine.

They’re all about trying to create quagmire conditions for Russia, a foolhardy objective that’s doomed to fail.

Russia will “provide (an) immediate proper response” to weapons attempting to cross into Ukraine and wherever they’re spotted internally.

Since its humanitarian operations began, Russia evacuated about 420,000 people from Donbass and Ukraine to safety cross-border in its territory, including 9,000 foreign nationals in harm’s way.

Russia targeted no civilian infrastructure. 

Nazified Ukrainian forces destroyed 127 bridges in its territory to slow Russia’s advance.

Their mining of Odessa, Chernomorsk, Ochakov and Yuzhny  ports was recklessly dangerous.

At least 10 mines began drifting into the Black Sea, posing a threat to military and civilian shipping.

Hegemon USA-dominated NATO is waging “hybrid war…total war” on Russia, Sergey Lavrov stressed.

Their diabolical “goals are not hidden.”

“They declared them publicly – to destroy, break, exterminate, strangle the Russian economy and Russia as a whole.”

The mask is off the ugliness of their diabolical aims.

Russia’s only option is to maintain strong ties to China, India and other allies — while becoming self-sufficient, independent of all things from the US/West.
