Russia on US Development of Bioweapons

At a Wednesday Security Council session, Russia’s deputy UN envoy Dmitry Polyansky and General Igor Kirilov presented evidence of “threats to international peace and security emanating from (US) military biological activities in regions across the globe.” 

Russia’s Defense Ministry “discovered evidence that Ukrainian authorities, supported and directly sponsored by the US (war department has been) implementing dangerous projects and experiments as a part of military biological program,” Polyansky explained.

Ongoing in hundreds of US biolabs worldwide, dozens were discovered to be operating “near Russia’s borders for many years” — posing a major threat to the country and region in flagrant breach of the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention.

“No country (anywhere) is safe (from) bioweapons (that) respect no borders,” Polyansky stressed.

Their use was banned in 1925 by adoption of the Geneva Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare. 

“In 1975, the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) entered into force, which prohibited the development, production and stockpiling of bacteriological (biological) and toxic weapons.”

Yet for time immemorial, hegemon USA has been involved in developing and using these terror weapons against invented enemies.

It’s vital for the world community of nations to know about the threat to their security and people from US proliferation of these weapons.

Commander in Chief of Radiologic, Chemical and Biological Defense of the Russian Armed Forces, General Igor Kirilov appeared jointly with Polyansky at the Security Council.

So did journalists Dilyana Gaytandzhieva and Arkadiy Mamontov from Bulgaria and Russia respectively to present evidence of bioweapons development by the Pentagon.

For years, the US war department has been funding and supervising development of bioweapons for war-making.

In Ukraine alone, dozens of secret Pentagon biolabs operated in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and Lvov.

Documents revealed diabolical Pentagon goals.

Its high command determined “the scope of Ukraine-based projects, endorsed lists of equipment required, and delegated broad authorities to its (US private military) contractor Black & Veatch in cooperation with Ukrainian state authorities.”

They gave the US war department “carte blanche (to) carry out dangerous biological experiments on the territory of Ukraine.”

Black & Veatch was exempt from taxes under Ukrainian legislation.

In return, “Ukrainian scientists and (others in) the country (got unrestricted) travel to international conferences,” including free meals and lodging. 

What went on for years was the “cynical use of Ukraine’s territory and population for dangerous research that Washington does not want to have at home to not put its own population at risk” from deadly pathogens.

There’s no ambiguity that similar US war department activities are going on at likely scores, perhaps hundreds, of global biolabs.

Banned by Russia and most other countries, US development of these terror weapons is further evidence of its “rules-based order” war on humanity — in flagrant breach of international law.

It’s been the American way for time immemorial.

It’s unknown how many people in targeted countries were already harmed by these weapons.

MSM conceal what’s gone on.

In early March, NYT fake news claimed the following:

“One of Russia’s most incendiary disinformation campaigns ramped up days ago (sic), when its defense and foreign ministries issued statements falsely claiming that the Pentagon was financing biological weapons labs in Ukraine (sic).”

“Then Chinese diplomats and state media organizations repeated the conspiracy theory (sic) at news conferences in Beijing, in articles and on official social media accounts.”

The Biden regime “call(ed) out both countries on their coordinated propaganda campaign (sic),” adding: 

“(T)hey might be providing cover for a potential biological or chemical weapons attack on Ukrainians by the Russian military (sic).

Separately, the Times called indisputable evidence of Pentagon bioweapons development in Ukraine an “unfounded theory (sic),” adding:

“There is no evidence to support the claims, which (the Zelensky regime), the White House, the Pentagon and the State Department all unequivocally denied (sic).”
