The US-dominated West transformed Ukraine into a Nazi-infested platform for perpetual proxy war on Russia with the worst of diabolical aims in mind.
On Wednesday, Russian senior advisor to its UN envoy, Sergey Leonidchenko, explained the following at the Security Council, saying:
Western regimes — especially the US and UK — “did everything imaginable to shield their own military” from International Criminal Court (ICC) accountability.
The 2002 American Service Members’ Protection Act (ASPA, aka The Hague Invasion Act) “protect(s) US military personnel and other elected and appointed officials against criminal prosecution by an international court to which the US is not party.”
It authorizes the president to use “all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any US or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court.”
It prohibits extradition of anyone from the US to the ICC.
By open letter in November 2000, unindicted US war criminals Henry Kissinger, George Shultz, Zbigniew Brzezinki, former CIA director Richard Helms, and other US signatories said the following:
Washington must put “our nation’s military personnel safety (sic) beyond the reach of an unaccountable international prosecutor (sic), operating under procedures inconsistent with our Constitution (sic).”
Longstanding US policy rules out accountability for crimes of war and against humanity too grievous to ignore.
When serving as Trump regime national security advisor, unindicted war criminal John Bolton accused the ICC of “assault(ing) the constitutional rights of the American people and the sovereignty of the US (sic),” adding:
“We will not cooperate with the ICC.”
“We will provide no assistance to the ICC. We will not join the ICC.”
“We will let the ICC die on its own.”
“(T)he ICC is already dead to us” – except when prosecuting US enemies, most often unjustly accused of imperial crimes committed against them.
By heavy-handed pressure, warnings, intimidation and threats, hegemon USA and vassal state Britain got “desired outcomes,” Leonidchenko explained, adding:
US war crimes in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere “were ‘de-prioritized’ by the ICC.
US heavy-handedness “turn(ed) justice in farce.”
The “ICC is a political instrument.”
It “has nothing in common with justice.”
Wednesday at the Security Council, the US-dominated West “mobilized a fake-news factory to produce lies 24/7.”
Their regimes “create(d) a parallel reality of what is happening in Ukraine.”
“All of the fakes mentioned today were refuted multiple times.”
The made-in-the-USA/Kiev implemented Bucha false flag “got a new twist.”
“(M)ost victims were not ‘cold-bloodedly shot’ as it had been claimed for at least 3 weeks.”
The reinvented fake news scenario claims they were “killed by artillery anti-personnel shells filled with small darts, called flechettes.”
Since 2014, Ukrainian forces used these terror weapons “to bombard Donbass,” killing and injuring many thousands of civilians.
US/Western MSM “will have to forget the word ‘Bucha’ just as quickly as they forgot and banned the word ‘Kramatorsk.’ ”
“It was another prominent fake.”
“Everyone from day 1 had been confidently blaming Russia for a missile strike on a railway station killing 50 and injuring 100 civilians until the serial number of the missile surfaced in social networks, identifying it beyond any doubt as Ukrainian, used by the same military unit that bombarded civilian targets in Donbass.”
As expected, Russophobic MSM and NGO liars failed to correct their fabricated claims.
Leonidchenko also stressed the following:
“Fake news will not shield Ukrainian Neo-Nazis, foreign mercenaries and their sponsors from accountability for heinous crimes.”
“Multiple witness statements and evidence are being collected across Ukraine, including in Mariupol.”
Indisputable video, photo, and eye-witness testimonial evidence show that Ukrainian Nazified thugs and conscripts used civilian residences, schools, hospitals and other means to terrorize the people of Donbass.
Thousands of civilians were used as human shields.
Nazified Ukrainian forces tortured and dismembered Russian POWs, civilians favoring cooperative relations with Moscow over conflict, and anyone expressing pro-Russian views.
“Rest assured, perpetrators of these and all other heinous crimes will be brought to justice,” Leonidchenko stressed, adding:
“None will escape personal responsibility.”
“Denazification of Ukraine will be completed.”
