What’s been happening domestically and abroad since undemocratic Dems usurped power should scare everyone.

Along with Biden regime war on humanity to eliminate unwanted billions by kill shots, the risk of hegemon USA-dominated NATO waging nuclear war on Russia keeps rising.

On Thursday, Russian Security Council deputy head, Dmitry Medvedev, warned about the growing threat of nuclear war, saying:

“The pumping of (Nazified) Ukraine by NATO countries with weapons, the training of its troops to use Western equipment, the dispatch of mercenaries and the conduct of exercises by the countries of the alliance near our borders increase the likelihood of a direct and open conflict between NATO and Russia instead of their ‘war by proxy,’ ” adding:

“Such a conflict always has the risk of turning into a full-fledged nuclear war.”

“This will be a disastrous scenario for everyone.”

Earlier, Sergey Lavrov warned about the madness of supplying Nazified Ukrainian forces with US/Western weapons and munitions — using them to wage proxy war on Russia.

On Wednesday, he repeated what’s “abundantly clear (about Russia’s) goals in Ukraine, saying:

Along with demilitarization and deNazification, it’s to no longer “permit violations of the rights of the Russian and Russian-speaking population in Donbass, which was threatened with extinction by the Kiev regime, and to prevent the West from building in Ukraine a bridgehead posing a military threat to the Russian Federation,” adding:

“If you are concerned by the prospect of war in Europe, I will tell you that we don’t want it at all.” 

“But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the (US-dominated) West is constantly announcing that Russia needs to be defeated in this situation.” 

Dominant Biden regime hardliners and NATO vassal states are pushing things toward unthinkable global war 3.0 with nukes.

Separately on Thursday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the following:

“Russia (is) ready to give the most resolute response to the side, which will try somehow to get into Ukraine and get into the special military operation that the Russian Armed Forces are currently conducting in Ukraine.”

In response to the prospect of Finland joining NATO, Peskov stressed the following:

Finnish accession to the war-making alliance will “certainly” threaten Russian security.”

Both countries share an 830 mile-long border.

On Thursday, Russia’s Foreign Ministry warned Helsinki about joining NATO, saying:

Its ruling authorities “should realize the responsibility and the consequences of such a move.”

“Finland joining NATO will seriously harm bilateral Russian-Finnish relations and the maintenance of stability and security in the North European region.”

“Russia will be forced to take retaliatory steps both of military-technical and of other nature in order to stop the threats to its national security that emerge as a result.”

“Neither Russia’s assurances of the absence of any hostile intentions towards Finland, nor the long history of good-neighborly and mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries convinced Helsinki of the advantages to continue the course towards military non-alignment.”

There’s no ambiguity about hegemon USA’s diabolical aims.

It’s “to continue expansion (of NATO) towards Russia’s borders, to create another flank for a military threat to” its security.

“Yet history will decide why Finland should turn its territory into the frontier of a military standoff with the Russian Federation while losing its independence in making its own decisions.”

Helsinki’s accession to NATO will breach its international obligations.

Notably, the 1947 Paris Peace Treaty. 

It “provides for the obligation of (Russia and Finland) not to enter unions or participate in coalitions directed against one of them, as well as the 1992 Treaty on the Foundations of Relations between” both countries.

The latter agreement calls for both nations to “refrain from the threat (or use of) force against the territorial integrity or the political independence of the other side.”

It also affirms that neither country will let its territory be used for armed conflict against the other side. 

Looking ahead, Russia will react appropriately as conditions dictate. 

The above remarks followed the publicly stated view of Finland’s leadership by its President Sauli Niinisto and Prime Minister Sanna Marin, saying:

“As a member of NATO, Finland would strengthen the entire defense alliance (sic),” adding: 

Helsinki “must apply for NATO membership without delay (sic).”

Niinisto and Sanna clearly bowed to Biden regime pressure, bribery or both, along with false promises of greater security in defiance of the opposite reality.

Negatively shifting the balance of power along Russia’s border more greatly heightens the risk of East/West conflict.

Throughout the post-WW II period, Finland remained neutral.

Abandoning this position by allying with US-dominated NATO against Russia comes at the expense of its security over the other way around.

And if hegemon USA pushes things beyond a point of no return toward direct conflict with Russia, Finland could become a battleground even if wants peace over war.

On Thursday, its envoy to NATO, Klaus Korhonen, admitted that Russia poses no threat to his country’s security.

Yet he failed to explain what benefit Finland can get by joining the war-making alliance — because there is none.

Yet things are moving in this direction and with it a greater threat to world peace.

A Final Comment

On Thursday, Vladimir Putin said the following:

The global situation grows more “complicated.”

It’s because the US-dominated West created a “global crisis” by waging sanctions and proxy hot war on Russia.

Dark forces behind what’s going on “proceed from short-sighted, exaggerated political ambitions and Russophobia, at the expense of their own national interests, their own economies and the wellbeing of their people.”

EU bloc countries and their people “face consequences that will be hard to reverse.” 

The same applies to “the world’s poorest countries, which are already at risk of hunger.”

It’s happening in the US and other Western countries.

Unaffordable food prices caused low-income households to cut back.

Some skip meals because of inadequate income to pay for essentials to life and well-being.

Disrupted supply chains caused shortages of vital goods, including baby formula.

Nearly half of US states are running out of what’s essential.

Putin correctly said that responsibility for what’s going on domestically in Western countries lies with their ruling authorities.

They’re “sacrific(ing) the rest of the world (in pursuit of) their global dominance,” he stressed.

In stark contrast, “Russia is confidently dealing with external challenges due to the responsible macroeconomic policy of the past few years and systemic decisions and solutions to strengthen its economic sovereignty, technological and food security.”

“Our production companies are gradually filling domestic market niches vacated after unscrupulous partners left the country.” 

“This concerns daily staple goods, industrial and service sector equipment, construction and farming machinery.”

“We are expecting a good harvest this year.” 

“According to preliminary expert estimates, we may harvest 130 million tonnes of grain, including 87 million tonnes of wheat.” 

“If this happens, then the projected grain harvests would hit an all-time high in Russian history.” 

“This will make it possible to meet domestic demand, with a substantial safety margin, and to expand global exports.”

“Inflation is gradually subsiding. Last month, rates fell several-fold on March levels.” 

“Weekly price hikes are down to 0.1 percent.” 

“The national currency, the ruble, is growing stronger in conditions of a record-breaking foreign trade surplus.”

Despite the West’s partial embargo of Russian oil, its year-to-date revenues rose 50% because of higher prices.

Revenues from Russian energy exports overall are over one-third higher year-over-year.

Russia’s economy is performing much better than predicted by US/Western economic talking heads.

On Friday, Russia’s permanent envoy to the EU, Vladimir Chizhiov, stressed the following:

Its SMO in Ukraine is proceeding effectively as planned.

It’s just a matter of time before its aims will be accomplished.
