Biden Regime Dirty Hands Created Global Food Crisis Conditions

Ignoring US responsibility for global food insecurity, interventionist Blinken defied reality as follows, saying:

Russia’s SMO in Ukraine was “unprovoked (sic).”

Russia “caused terrible suffering in Ukraine (sic).”

Russia’s SMO is “having a devastating impact on global food insecurity (sic).”

“Ukraine is one of the breadbaskets of the world (sic).”

Russia’s nonexistent “naval blockade in the Black Sea is preventing Ukraine’s crops from being shipped to their normal destinations (sic).”

Russia “trapped…around 20 million tons of wheat (in Ukrainian) silos (sic).”

Russia is one of the world’s leading grain producers.

In the July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 period, it’ll produce about 50 million tons of grain.

In stark contrast, potential Ukrainian grain exports include from 5 – 6 million tons of wheat and around 7 million tons of corn — a small amount of what’s needed globally.

Russia champions unobstructed trade among nations.

It encourages Ukrainian grain exports to designated markets — blocking none of it.

Like most others in Washington, Blinken is a congenital liar.

Russian forces didn’t disrupt, destroy or take over “Ukraine’s most productive farmland.”

Nor did they “plant explosives” in its fields.

Or “destroy vital (Ukrainian) agricultural infrastructure (sic).”

Or are its forces engaged in a great Ukraine grain robbery.

Nor is “Vladimir Putin stopping food from being shipped” by the US-controlled regime in Kiev.

No Russian “blackmail” is in play against any country — how the empire of lies operates.

It’s “exporting starvation and suffering well beyond Ukraine’s borders,” not Moscow.

Food insecurity, crisis, hunger and famine are US imperial policies, Western vassals going along with what harms their own self-interest.

On Monday, China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Zhoa Lijian, commented on this issue, saying:

“Currently (there’s a) severe global food supply shortage.”

US/Western “sanctions on Russia have had a grave impact on export(s) of grains and fertilizers.”

“According to UN Food and Agriculture Organization (data), global food prices soared to a historical high in March this year.”

“Factors including sanctions on Russia are expected to drive prices even higher.”

“Soaring food prices mean lower food accessibility for vulnerable regions and countries and higher risks for global food security.”

Hegemon USA’s dirty hands have been involved in virtually “every global food crisis in (modern) history.”

“The US and a handful of other countries, by manipulating the global food trade system, established food hegemony and gained tight control over international food prices.”

“Time and again, (their regimes) played up food security issues and exaggerated supply shortages to pocket enormous profits.”

“While accusing other countries of hoarding grains and urging them to release their stockpiles, the US” bears full responsibility for what it falsely blames on Russia.

“Fanning the flame or slapping sanctions is not conducive to deescalating the regional situation, but will only exacerbate the food crisis and lead to greater humanitarian disasters.”

Ukraine is free to export grain unobstructed by Russia.

According to the Zelensky regime’s envoy to Turkey, Vassily Bodner:

Exports of Ukrainian grain will resume if it’s given more “weapons (than already by the US/West) to protect against (nonexistent) maritime threats (sic).”

Russia established four humanitarian corridors from Mariupol and Berdyansk for Ukraine to export grain once it completes demining of its offshore waters.

The Kremlin also supports Ukrainian grain exports from Odessa.

Ankara intends to establish a center in Istanbul to coordinate and track traffic of cargo ships.

At the same time, Moscow insists on the right to inspect vessels coming to Odessa to prevent delivery of US/Western weapons et al to the Kiev regime.

Ukraine is also free to export grain via routes through neighboring countries, including Belarus.

On orders from its higher power in Washington, puppet Zelensky said Russian forces must first be withdrawn from Ukrainian territory — a nonstarter.

Failure of Ukraine to export grain to designated markets was made-in-the-USA — Kiev obeying orders from its Biden regime master.

At the same time, Russia continues to deliver large-scale amounts of humanitarian aid to liberated parts of Ukraine and Donbass.

According to head of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, Mikhail Mizintsev:

On June 7 alone, 8 Russian humanitarian operations were conducted in Donetsk and Lugansk, as well as “in the Kharkov, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.”

A total of 642 tons of food and other essentials were delivered for distribution to their residents in need of aid.

Since early March, over 1,100 Russian humanitarian missions delivered over 27,000 tons of food, medicines and other essentials to people in Ukraine and Donbass.

The empire of lies and its Western vassals focus on supplying weapons, munitions and related equipment for perpetual proxy war on Russia.

Yet nothing going on will change the successful completion of Russia’s SMO.

It’s just a matter of time before Ukraine’s made-in-the-USA war machine collapses from relentless battering by Russian forces.

A Final Comment

On Tuesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu explained the following:

Lugansk is 97% liberated from the scourge of Nazified occupation.

Residential areas of Severodonetsk are entirely liberated.

Most of Donetsk was liberated, including Krasny Liman, Svyatogorsk, Studenok, Yarovaya, Kirovsk, Yampol and Drobyshevo.

Daily destruction of US/Western-supplied weapons et al to Kiev’s war machine continues.

Demining of Mariupol’s Azovstal plant was completed.

Normality is slowly being restored to the Donetsk city.

The Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, Europe’s largest, is operating normally.

Russian forces are protecting liberated industrial facilities in Donbass.

Rail traffic is resuming between Russia and liberated areas of Donbass and Ukraine.

Separately, instead of recognizing the error of self-inflicted harm by going along with US sanctions war on Russia, the BoJo and EU bloc regimes continue to further weaken their economies by sticking with their dysfunctional actions.
