Russian Foreign Ministry’s Information and Press Department deputy director, Ivan Nechayev (IN below), said the following on the nation’s liberating SMO:
Russian, DPR and LPR forces “are making steady progress in delivering on the operation’s goals and objectives.”
They include liberating and “defending civilians in Donbass, demilitarizing and de-Nazifying Ukraine, as well as removing security threats Russia is facing.”
“Only military sites are targeted, using high-precision weapons to avoid civilian casualties.”
“Peaceful life resum(ed) in liberated territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye, Kharkov and Kherson regions.”
After years of Nazified control since the Obama/Biden regime’s 2014 coup, their liberated residents can once again breathe free from tyrannical rule.
In stark contrast to efforts by Russian forces to protect civilians and vital infrastructure, Ukrainian Nazis “continue using unacceptable combat methods by setting up firing positions in residential high-rises,” schools, hospitals and other locations in residential areas.
They use banned cluster munitions and “remotely-deliver butterfly landmines against Donbass cities and villages.”
“They carry out strikes against critical energy infrastructure.”
Earlier and over recent days, they’ve been terror-shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant — with intent to release and spread deadly radiation over large parts of central Europe.
There’s no ambiguity about their aim.
As orchestrated by the empire of lies and forever wars on invented enemies, they want Russia falsely blamed for likely mass casualties if their diabolical “nuclear terrorism” plan succeeds.
At the same time, Western vassals are operating in cahoots with hegemon USA’s proxy hot and sanctions war on Russia.
They supplied Kiev Nazis with tens of billions of dollars of weapons, munition and equipment for endless war since 2014.
At the same time, their “unhinged effort to place more weapons at Kiev’s disposal led to a major upsurge in arms trafficking” via dark net transactions.
“According to information we have,” what’s smuggled out of Ukraine includes javelin anti-tank missiles, NLAW missiles, switchblade kamikaze drones, small arms, grenades, bulletproof vests and more.
After producing a documentary on what’s going on for airing by US CBS television, the broadcaster succumbed to pressure by pulling and disappearing it.
And after hegemon USA finally agreed to let colonized Ukraine export grain, none of it is earmarked for African and South Asian countries most in need.
Regime vessels “are mostly heading to Western ports, carrying (animal feed) corn and sunflower oil, not wheat.”
The Istanbul agreement calls for the export of agricultural products from three Ukrainian ports, along with permitting Russia to sell food and fertilizer to world markets.
According to IN, “the latter provision has not been carried out,” adding:
Despite hostile anti-Russia actions by US/Western regimes, its SMO “will achieve all of its goals and objectives.”
IN also debunked the following fake news, saying:
US/Western claims about the alleged willingness of up to around 100,000 DPRK “volunteers” to aid Russia’s SMO are “fake.”
No plans exist for involvement of North Korea in Donbass or eastern and southern Ukraine.
IN elaborated also further on use of banned weapons by Ukrainian Nazis, saying:
They include Lepestok antipersonnel high-explosive mines (also known as the Green Parrot or Butterfly mines)” against Donbass residential areas.
Their use flagrantly violates international humanitarian law.
It includes what’s mandated by the 1977 “Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, (as well as) the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction.”
To no avail, Russia raised this issue during a Security Council session and in Geneva last month.
Moscow also seeks to hold Kiev officials accountable for their crimes of war and against humanity.
