Fabricated UN Commission of Inquiry Report on Ukraine

Mandated to investigate human rights abuses, time and again COI findings turn reality on its head in support of US/Western interests — especially about its invented enemies like Russia.

There’s nothing remotely “independent and impartial” about the COI.

Truth and full disclosure reporting would feature torture, targeted killings and other grave abuses by Kiev Nazi thugs.

Instead on Friday, the COI’s report on Ukraine falsely blamed Russia for US-controlled Nazified Kiev’s  war crimes, saying the following:

“Regarding the conduct of hostilities, the use of explosive weapons with wide area effects in populated areas is a source of immense harm and suffering for civilians.”

“We observed firsthand the damage that explosive weapons caused to residential buildings and infrastructure, including schools and hospitals.”

“A number of the attacks we investigated had been carried out without distinguishing between civilians and combatants.”

“This included some attacks with cluster munitions or multi-launch rocket systems and airstrikes in populated areas.”

All of the above crimes of war, against humanity and related atrocities occurred since the Obama/Biden regime’s 2014 coup — by Ukrainian Nazified and conscript troops against Donbass civilians and Russians since its liberating SMO began.

“(V)ictims reported that after initial detention by Russian forces in Ukraine (sic), they were transferred to the Russian Federation and held for weeks in prisons (sic), the COI falsely reported, adding: 

“Interlocutors described beatings, electric shocks, and forced nudity, as well as other types of violations in such detention facilities (sic).”

The above accusations reflec US/Western-Kiev regime approved talking points — bald-faced Big Lies about Russia.

Throughout its SMO since late February, Russian forces have been consistently and falsely blamed for crimes committed by regime troops.

And this COI bald-faced Big Lie — falsely accusing Russian forces of “disappear(ing)” Ukrainian detainees.

The same goes for wrongfully accusing them of “sexual and gender-based violence,” as well as “torture and (other forms of) cruel and inhuman treatment.”

All of the above and countless other crimes against humanity reflect longstanding CIA practice.

Ukrainian Nazis operate the same way.

Yet the COI falsely blamed Russia for “sexual and gendered-based violence (against Ukrainians aged) four to 82 years,” adding:

“The commission documented cases in which children (were) raped, tortured, and unlawfully confined.”

“Children have also been killed and injured in indiscriminate attacks with explosive weapons.”

“(E)xposure to repeated explosions, crimes, forced displacement and separation from family members deeply affected their well-being and mental health.”

While admitting what the COI called “two instances of ill-treatment of Russian Federation soldiers by Ukrainian soldiers,” it added:

“We found obviously (sic) significantly larger numbers of incidences that amount to war crimes on the part of the Russian Federation (sic).”

And the COI wrongfully blamed Russia for the US-orchestrated, Kiev regime implemented Bucha false flag — what the Russian Federation had nothing to do with.

Knowing what the COI would report in deference to its hegemon USA master, Russia boycotted its session.

In response to the COI’s Russia bashing fake news report, the Biden regime’s so called envoy to the UN’s so-called human rights council, Michele Taylor, roared a pre-scripted remark, prepared in advance for the occasion, saying:

Nonexistent “evidence of Russia’s atrocities becomes more horrifying by the day (sic), most recently with the uncovering of mass graves in Izyum, where bodies show signs of torture.”

Once again, Russian forces were wrongfully blamed for what they had nothing to do with.

Taylor also falsely accused Russia of forcibly interrogating, detaining, and deporting up to around 1.6 million Ukrainian citizens, including children separated from parents, placing them in Russian orphanages for adoption (sic).

As explained time and again before, whenever Russian forces are accused of war crimes in Ukraine or elsewhere, not a shred of corroborating evidence is presented because there is none.

That reality applies to the fake news COI report on Ukraine and fabricated accusations by Taylor.

At the same time, virtually nothing is said throughout the US/West about indisputable war crimes and atrocities committed by Ukrainian Nazis.
