No Longer Golden

A personal note:

In the mid-1950s, I performed most of my mandatory military service in northern California near Monterey and Carmel.

In the late 1960s, I lived and worked in San Diego at a time when it was a joy to be there — before business priorities brought me to Chicago, my present home.

What I and my family enjoyed when California was golden no longer exists.

California matters.

If a nation, it would be the world’s 5th largest economy.

Given Germany’s precipitous decline, perhaps it’s on the cusp of becoming No. 4 — smaller in size economically than only the US overall, China and Japan.

In 2021, its $3.35 trillion GDP was nearly 15% of the nation’s total economy.

It’s home to many of the world’s largest high-tech firms.

It produces over 400 commodities, including oil, gas, over a third of the nation’s vegetables, about three-fourths of its fruits, and billions of dollars worth of dairy products.

Its top 5 industries are agriculture, tourism and hospitality, healthcare, construction, as well as firms involved in technology and information.

Time and again, legislation and policies instituted in California are adopted in similar form by other US states.

Last Friday, Gov. Gavin Newsom signed draconian California Assembly Bill 2098 into law — an assault on the health of state residents and physicians providing healthcare to patients.

State law already requires disciplinary action against providers of healthcare who engage in unprofessional conduct.

The newly enacted measure designates truth-telling about all things flu/covid as misinformation and disinformation.

So henceforth in California, physicians who prescribe known safe and effective ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) for treating and curing the viral illness may be charged with “unprofessional conduct” and delicensed. 

The measure’s Section 1 includes the following fake news, stating:

Flu/covid “claimed the lives of over 6,000,000 people worldwide, including nearly 90,000 Californians (sic).”

Fact: Flu/covid mass-jabbing killed, disabled or otherwise harmed countless millions of people throughout the US/West and worldwide, along with shortening the lifespan of survivors of shots designed to irreparably harm, not protect.

Citing the Pharma-controlled CDC — an exposed proliferator of fake news mass deception on all things flu/covid — Bill 2098 also included the following Big Lie, saying:

So-called CDC “data”…show that (unjabbed) individuals are…11 times” more at risk of dying from flu/covid than jabbed ones (sic).

Fact: Indisputable scientifically proved reality is polar opposite the above deception.

Unjabbed individuals are profoundly safer than their jabbed counterparts.

And this Bill 2098 Big Lie:

The Pharma controlled FDA “confirmed…the safety and efficacy” — of jabs designed to destroy health, not protect and preserve it.

And this mass deception:

According to MSM (press agents for Pharma and other monied interests), “some of the most dangerous propagators of inaccurate information regarding (flu/covid jabs) are licensed health care professionals (sic).”

California House Resolution No. 74 declared truth-telling about kill shots and all else flu/covid “a public health crisis (sic).”

Calling truth-telling about kill shots and all else flu/covid misinformation, Bill 2098 defines it as follows:

It’s “information…contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus (sic) contrary to the standard of care (sic).” 

It defines disinformation as “misinformation that the licensee deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead (sic).”

The newly enacted measure only applies to physician/patient interactions on kill shots and all else flu/covid — what I earlier called the mother of all state-sponsored scams with intent to eliminate millions and billions of unwanted people.

What’s gone on since December 2019 is also all about eliminating what little remains of greatly eroded freedoms — the aim of made-in-the-USA/West Great Reset tyranny.

Ahead of signing the draconian measure into law last Friday, California Health Coalition Advocacy urged state residents to call or email Newsom’s office, expressing opposition, stressing the following in urging him to veto the unacceptable measure:

“Doctors…should be allowed to voice their medical and professional opinions freely.”

“We already have a system in place for disciplining doctors that are causing harm.”

“Science and medicine have historically been advanced through minority voices.”

“(S)tifling of dissenting opinion will have long lasting effects on the advancement of healthcare.”

“The unintended consequence might be that the healthcare provider shortage would be exacerbated by the proposed law.”

“(U)nderstanding…data and science related to (flu/covid) continues to change as more studies are done.”

“Standards of care are being updated as new information and treatments emerge.”

“Any attempt at determining ‘contemporary scientific consensus’ will be fleeting.”

And this criticism of “California’s misbegotten misinformation bill” by city-journal.org, saying:

So-called “scientific consensus can be overturned abruptly by new evidence of better quality.”

“California, like many other areas of the country, faces a significant shortage of healthcare staff, and AB 2098 would complicate this problem.”

“License suspensions, practitioners moving out of the state due to frustrations with the new law, and time wasted on appeals of false accusations will only worsen the shortage.”

And this from CaliforniaGlobe.com:

Civil rights “attorneys (call Bill 2098 an) unconstitutional” First Amendment breach.

And this from Californians for Good Governance founder, Laura Powell:

“There is no question that the bill is aimed at restricting speech based on its content.”

“As such, it would be presumptively invalid and could only be upheld if the government could prove that the law is narrowly tailored to serve a compelling state interest.”

It punishes physicians for advising patients according to what they believe benefits their health and opposes what they think harms it.

Attorney Leigh Dundas stressed the following:

“Censorship and criminalization are not the bulwarks of a free society.”

“The stark reality is if we are to remain a constitutional republic, then doctors must remain free to practice medicine.”

“Science and medicine are constantly evolving by challenging the status quo.”

If this bill to censor California’s doctors is enacted into law — what happened last Friday — “guess who is next on the chopping block – the press.”

And imagine as well what may likely happen ahead:

Other states may enact legislation similar to California’s Assembly Bill 2098.

US/Western Great Reset policy aims to abolish what little remains of fundamental freedoms.

In pursuit of ruler-serf societies worldwide, they’re making them more unsafe and unfit to live in than already.

The worst of times is unfolding in plain sight at a time when the only solution is popular revolution against what no one should tolerate.

A Final Comment by one of my favorite truth-tellers.

UK-based, retired Dr. Vernon Coleman, is no ordinary physician.

Virtually everything ongoing of importance throughout the US/West was planned long ago, nothing happening by chance.

Britain’s once model National Health Service (NHS) deteriorated to third world status.

Millions of Brits wait weeks or months “for appointments, tests and treatment.”

“Many will die because there is no proper health service in the UK.”

“I have no doubt that the most cruelly treated group within the health service are the aged,” Coleman stressed — the new abnormal throughout the US/West to kill off this unwanted segment of society.

Well into my 9th decade, I cringe at the possibility of hospitalization — fearful of it being an end of life experience by design.

Speech, press and academic freedoms are disappearing in plain sight throughout US/Western fantasy democries.

And their ruling “conspirators” conceal reality about long ago planned war on Russia.

“Most people don’t that (this is) what is happening (against)) Russia” — not the other way around as their ruling regimes and MSM press agents falsely claim.

Hard times getting harder show no signs of easing at a time when tyranny throughout the West heads toward becoming full-blown.

“Most people have no idea” about the perils they face — including possible made-in-the-USA war on Russia with nukes ahead.
