Hegemon USA, its Western vassals and Nazi-infested Ukraine long ago proved their willingness to commit egregious war crimes and related atrocities in pursuit of their diabolical aims.
In cahoots with its US master, the now exposed plot by dominant Ukrainian Nazis to detonate a dirty bomb on its own territory or cross-border to falsely blame on Russia is the latest example of pure evil intent by both ruling regimes.
After a closed-door Tuesday Security Council session on the diabolical scheme, Russia’s Deputy UN envoy, Dmitry Polyansky, made the following remarks:
Calling the puppet Zelensky regime’s plot “a very serious threat” to Russia and world peace, he added:
Dominant Ukrainian Nazis have “the capacity and” will to go this far.
“(W)e know that (the US-installed puppet) Zelensky regime wants to avoid (looming) defeat.”
In desperation, it needs much more US-dominated NATO involvement against Russia than already.
Seeking to stay in power and amass greater stolen wealth than already, Zelensky and dominant Nazis around him seek maximum amounts of US/Western aid to stash in offshore tax havens — along with continued supplies of arms and equipment.
They can’t survive without no end to military aid.
Polyansky explained “that a dirty bomb is not a sophisticated device.”
“It is a shell with some radioactive waste, and it is very difficult to detect activities that create such dirty bombs.”
“But we have information that we shared both in (by) letter (and) telephone conversations (between) our Minister of Defense and his counterparts (in) several countries.”
Russian intelligence is highly credible.
It was shared with key Western regimes and Turkey.
Kiev is frantic following Russia’s exposure of its dirty bomb scheme, Polyansky saying:
“If you (follow) Ukrainian Telegram channels, which are quite informative, you would see that there is a big fuss now in ruling (regime) circles because of the campaign we launch(ed).”
As a result, there are “a lot of indications that they are trying to wind down this program” — now that it’s exposed.
Stressing repeated regime attempts to spread deadly radiation from the Russian-controlled Zaporozhye NPP, Polyansky stressed the following:
It’s a well-known “open secret that Ukraine is shelling the” nuclear facility.
Russia “has absolutely no reason to” want the plant damaged.
“So if Ukrainian (Nazis) are shelling the plant in front of the whole international community, creating a danger of a nuclear provocation, why wouldn’t they create a dirty bomb?”
“It’s the same logic.”
What dominant Biden regime hardliners, their congressional allies and MSM co-conspirators call “Russian propaganda” is indisputable reality.
Follow-up Security Council sessions are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday on related issues.
On October 27, “the integrity of the UN Charter in light of requests for an investigation in the (SC Res.) 2231 framework” will be discussed Polyansky explained, adding:
And on (October 28), we are asking for a meeting in line with Article 6 of the BTWC (Biological Toxic Weapons Convention).”
A Final Comment
During an open Tuesday Security Council session on partly-occupied Syria by hegemon USA in defiance of international and its own constitutional law, Polyansky called conditions in the country “alarming.”
Areas not controlled by Damascus, its sovereign right, are infested with US/NATO-supported terrorists.
The empire of lies and forever wars raped and destroyed parts of the Syrian Arab Republic since the Obama/Biden regime used every imaginable dirty trick to try transforming the country into a US vassal state.
At the request of President Bashar al-Assad, Russia’s intervention in September 2015 turned the tide of battle in favor of Damascus.
Yet US/Western support for Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and likeminded terrorists in Idlib Province, as well as for Kurdish separatists along with illegal US occupation of Syrian territory “deepen(ed) (the nation’s) territorial divide,” Polyansky explained.
In addition, apartheid Israel has been terror-bombing Syria for years — on the phony pretext of protecting its security despite no threat from Damascus.
And instead of denouncing reality in the country since 2011, imperial tools/UN secretaries general Guterres and his predecessor, Ban Ki-moon, support it by a regimen of silence.
According to Polyansky:
“Socio-economic and humanitarian (conditions) in Syria continue to deteriorate” nationwide.
Because of illegal US/Western sanctions war and support for cutthroat killer jihadists, two-thirds of Syrians in areas controlled by Damascus struggle daily to get by.
Their daily plight is “not caused by policies of Syrian authorities.”
Hegemon USA and its Western vassals are responsible for their misery — including by grand theft of
Syrian oil and other resources by the empire of lies and forever wars.
According to Syria’s Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources, hegemon USA stole around $107 billion of its oil and other resources.
Along with countless other examples, endless US war on Syria and theft of its resources is how the scourge of US imperial rampaging operates.
Russia’s way is worlds apart different from US contempt for peace, equity, justice and the rule of law.
Working cooperatively with Damascus, Polyansky explained the following:
Efforts by Russia “improve(d) humanitarian (conditions) on the ground,” adding:
“As of today, more than 2 million Syrian citizens got back to their homes thanks to these efforts.”
“More than 1 million and 375 thousands of them were IDPs, and 1 million – those who returned from abroad.”
“Since 2018, more than 22,000 socially significant and industrial facilities have been repaired and put in service.”
“More than 4,100 facilities are under reconstruction at the moment.”
“Over the past month alone, 11 cooperative farms have been established in Aleppo, Latakia, Tartus, Daraa, and Suwayda in support of Syrian agriculture.”
“Easy-term loan services have been launched in the country, and in Deir ez-Zor an irrigation facility was put in service that made it possible to recreate approximately 7,500 hectares of farmland.”
“Besides, 921 residential facilities are under construction in Damascus, Deir ez-Zor, and Homs that will be made avail to the IDPs and refugees free of charge.”
And “we are making efforts to preserve Syria’s cultural and historical legacy.”
“Russian Academy of Sciences’ Center for Rescue Archaeology and the Syrian Department of Antiquities and Museums are engaging together to reconstruct the Triumphal Arch of Palmyra.”
“First stage of the restoration process (was) completed.”
As part of “this project, Russian-Syrian experts undertook measures for post-traumatic response, full-scale archaeological studies of the premises and elaboration of the restoration procedure.”
Russia cooperates with other nations in compliance with the rule of law.
In stark contrast, hegemon USA and its Western vassals operate exclusively by their own rules — in flagrant breach of international law.

There are no signs of resistance to the one-government world and that intersects with a Ken Wheeler, who I regard as the most transformative person out there, The video starts out talking about how to keep warm with four sheep skins sown together that come from New Zealand and sell at Costco for $100. Since it is a good idea implementing, it makes me wonder what would happen if thousands of Germans could embrass wearing sheepskins, where sheepskins tell the world “We are all sheep.”
