Vladimir Putin’s Straight-Talk Remarks at a Council of Heads CIS Session

Ahead of what Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, called a major policy address by Putin at the Valdai International Discussion Club on Thursday, Russia’s president said the following at a Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) meeting on Wednesday:

His remarks, with more to follow on Thursday, are at a time of US-dominated war on Russia, using former nation-state Ukraine as a platform for waging it in cahoots with Western vassals.

What’s going on and threatening to intensify has nothing to do with the fabricated official narrative, nothing to do with alleged Russian threats, nothing to do with pursuing peace and stability, according to the rule of law.

What ongoing, with no end of it in prospect, is all about confronting Russia’s sovereign independence, its freedom from US control, its ability to effectively challenge aggression by the empire of lies and forever wars on invented enemies.

In his Wednesday remarks, Putin stressed the reality of hegemon USA-dominated NATO’s perpetual war-making and risk its diabolical actions pose regionally and worldwide.

The US drive for hegemony bears responsibility for “a dramatic aggravation in global geopolitical confrontation” at a time of growing multilateralism on the world stage, Putin explained.

In desperation “to preserve (its) faltering hegemony,” the empire of lies and its Western vassals “are using (lawless) political, military, economic, information and other methods” against nations unwilling to sell their sovereignty and souls to the self-styled master of the universe.

To benefit economically and financially at the expense of European nations, hegemon USA sabotaged Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines to Germany.

“This actually amounts to the destruction of the common European energy infrastructure,”Putin stressed, adding:

This and related actions “are doing colossal damage to European economies and are seriously impairing the quality of life for millions of people.”

There’s no ambiguity about who gained and who loses out by rendering 3 of 4 Nord Stream gas pipelines inoperable.

Hegemon USA uses every dirty trick imaginable in pursuit of its diabolical aim for unchallenged global dominance.

At this time, use of Nazi-infested Ukraine is Exhibit A.

The former nation-state is “an instrument of US foreign policy,” Putin stressed.

Its sovereignty lost, it’s “directly governed by the (empire of lies and forever wars), using (its territory and people) as a battering ram against Russia and Belarus.”

Both nations are members of the Union State, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and CIS.

And since the Obama/Biden regime’s 2014 coup in Kiev, hegemon USA has also been using Ukraine as “a testing site for military biological experiments” to wage flagrantly illegal bio-war.

Kiev was “flooded with (US/Western) weapons” since that time.

Nor have US-dominated NATO regimes paid “any heed to (the) desire (of their dominant Nazis) to obtain nuclear weapons.”

The US-installed puppet regime “declared this desire publicly, but everyone keeps silent,” Putin explained.

And now the world community of nations “knows about their plans to use a so-called dirty bomb as a provocation” to falsely blame Russia for their war crime.

CIS member-states are also threatened by the scourge of US/NATO use of ISIS, Al Qaeda and likeminded terrorist groups as imperial foot soldiers.

The empire of lies and its NATO vassals aim “to infiltrate” these hired guns into “CIS countries (by) creating undercover cells while concentrating them in Afghanistan.”

“It is obvious that the CIS as a whole and its individual states have never (before) faced such comprehensive threats,” Putin stressed.

“It is therefore our common task to protect our nations from them as much as possible, to strengthen stability and peace in the CIS space and to continue to promote mutually beneficial integration processes, which have provided an example of truly partner relations over the past decades.”

And it’s crucial “to jointly counter attempts (by the collective West) to interfere in the internal affairs of the CIS countries.”

“The black market in (stolen US/Western) arms (by Ukrainian Nazis) created serious challenges.”

“Cross-border criminal groups are actively involved in smuggling these arms to other regions.”

“These are not just small arms.”

US/Western-supported terrorist groups “are getting hold powerful weapons, including portable air defense systems and precision weapons.”

Unity among CIS member-states is vital to confront a common threat, Putin stressed.

US-dominated Western regimes will continue waging forever war by hot and/or other means in pursuit of their diabolical aims.

So it’s up to Russia and other independent nations to foil them.
