Hold the Cheers

Featuring state-approved propaganda over truth and full disclosure, the self-styled newspaper of record, NYT, and other MSM are consistently on the wrong side of history.

Rare exceptions prove the rule.

Since the Obama/Biden regime empowered Ukrainian Nazis by coup d’etat, the Times and other MSM ignored their crimes of war and against humanity.

The latest Times fake news edition included an exception to its customary way of operating, saying:

“Videos circulating online and reported on by Russian media raised questions about whether Ukrainian (Nazis) committed war crime(s).”

Verified as authentic, “they show grisly before-and-after scenes of (an) encounter…in which at least 11 Russian (POWs) lying on the ground appear to have been shot dead at close range…”

The Zelensky regime circulated the videos on state-controlled conventional and social media “to laud the (nonexistent) military prowess of their” troops, said the Times.

Emergency medicine physician, whose work focuses on protection of human rights in times of conflict and humanitarian crises, Dr. Rohini Haar, said the following about Kiev’s atrocity:

“(K)illing or wounding a combatant, who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defense, surrendered” is a violation of the laws of international armed conflict.

Instead of stressing what’s indisputable and condemning Ukrainian Nazis for the above incident and years of atrocities, the Times reported the following:

“Moscow and Kiev accused the other of committing war crimes in the same episode.”

“The Russians accus(ed) Ukraine’s forces of ‘mercilessly shooting unarmed Russian POW’s.’ ”

“Ukraine’s (so-called) commissioner for human rights, Dmytry Lubinets, (falsely) sa(id) Russian soldiers opened fire during the act of surrendering (sic).”

“Russian and Ukrainian forces have been accused of war crimes since Moscow(’s)” liberating SMO began.

“(T)hough the number and scale of reported Russian crimes far exceed those Ukraine is accused of (sic).”

Whenever the Times and other MSM claim the above perversion of reality, no corroborating evidence is cited because there is none.

In stark contrast, indisputable evidence revealed years of Ukrainian crimes of war and against humanity, notably against defenseless civilians.

The same reality applies to hegemon USA-dominated NATO aggression against invented enemies throughout the post-WW II period.

The Times and other MSM consistently ignored war crimes by NATO’s killing machine, as well as by Kiev since the 2014 coup, while repeatedly blaming Russia for atrocities committed by Ukrainian Nazis.

Verified by the Times, mass execution of Russian POWs “was filmed by two sources,” it said, adding:

“(A)n unnamed Ukrainian soldier was taking cellphone video diaries…”

At the same time, “drone videos most likely were filmed by Ukrainian forces.”

Executed in cold blood by gunshots to the head, 11 Russian soldiers were lying face down, unarmed, after surrendering.

“Blood is pooling around them, and some appear to be bleeding from the upper body or head,” the Times reported.

According to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court:

“Killing or wounding a combatant, who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defense, has surrendered at discretion” is cold-blooded murder.

Under the 1899 and 1907 Hague Regulations, it’s forbidden “to kill or wound an enemy who, having laid down his arms, or having no longer means of defense, surrendered at discretion.”

Additional Protocol I, II and other international law prohibit the practice.

Hegemon USA, its NATO vassals and Ukrainian Nazis operate exclusively by their own rules in flagrant breach of international law.

Since Moscow’s liberating SMO began, US/Western regimes, the Times and other MSM falsely accused Russia of using banned weapons, killing civilians and committing other war crimes — while citing no credible evidence in support of their bald-faced Big Lies.

Yet according to Times fake news, Russia, not Ukraine, is waging dirty war.

In its report on the execution of 11 Russian POWs, the Times failed to explain that war crimes ‘R us reflect how US-dominated NATO regimes and dominant Ukrainian Nazis operate.

What’s common practice is worlds apart from an isolated incident.

And unaccountability for their war crimes is nowhere in sight.
