In stark contrast to US-dominated NATO’s forever wars on invented enemies, North Korea never preemptively attacked another nation.
Its right to self-defense is inviolable under international law.
According to Article 51 of the UN Charter:
“Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.”
Pyongyang justifiably defends its right to conduct ballistic missile tests.
Nothing under international law prohibits them.
On Friday, the DPRK reported the successful launch of its Hwasong-17 ICBM.
Designed to deliver two nuclear warheads, Friday’s test flight reached an altitude of 6,100 km, travelled 1,000 km before landing in waters about 250 km from Japan’s coastline.
Pyongyang’s newly developed ICBM reportedly can reach targets anywhere in North America.
All DPRK weapons are for defense, not offense.
According to its official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Tuesday, leader Kim Jong-un’s sister, Kim Yo-jong, slammed Monday’s Security Council session.
Convened in response to the DPRK’s legitimate missile tests, she said the following:
“The UNSC turned blind eyes to the very dangerous military drills of the US and South Korea and their greedy arms buildup aiming at the DPRK and taken issue with the DPRK’s exercise of its inviolable right to self-defense corresponding to them,” adding:
“This is evidently the application of double-standards.”
“The US should be mindful that no matter how desperately it may seek to disarm the DPRK, it can never deprive the DPRK of its right to self-defense.”
“The more hellbent it gets on anti-DPRK acts, it will face a more fatal security crisis.”
During Monday’s Security Council, Biden regime UN envoy, Thomas-Greenfield, ignored hegemon USA’s war on humanity, its repeated international law breaches and provocative military exercises in preparation for further aggression when launched.
Instead, she defied reality with the following bald-faced Big Lie, saying:
“For too long, the DPRK acted with impunity (sic).”
“It conducted escalatory and destabilizing ballistic missile launches (sic) without fear of a response or reprisal from this council.”
North Korea threatens no other nations.
Hegemon USA poses an unparalleled threat to everyone everywhere.
Pyongyang’s missile tests are a legitimate response to US provocations.
Kim Jong-un said his nation needs “overwhelming nuclear deterrence” because of the “military threat” posed by the empire of lies and forever war on invented enemies.
The DPRK’s newly developed Hwasong-17 ICBM “show(s) the US, South Korea and other followers that military counter-play against us is self-destructi(ve),” Kim stressed, adding:
“We must clearly show our party and government’s strong will to retaliate against the enemies’ madness of aggression and war exercises…(what undermines) peace and stability of the Korean peninsula.”
At Monday’s Security Council session, Russia’s Deputy UN envoy, Anna Evstigneeva, said the following:
Russia “oppos(es) military activity that poses threats to the security of the Korean peninsula and North-East Asian states” — hegemon USA the culprit.
Holding provocative military drills with regional vassals in a part of the world where it doesn’t belong, the DPRK justifiably responds defensively.
Longstanding US policy aims to render North Korea defenseless against its imperial aims.
It’s “obvious that Pyongyang’s missile launches are a consequence of the short-sighted confrontational military activity of the US” against the nation, its people and other invented enemies.
And this from China’s UN envoy, Zhang Jun, saying:
Beijing is “concerned (about the) “upward spiral of rising tension and intensifying confrontation” on the Korean Peninsula.”
Monday’s Security Council session heightened tensions instead of easing them.
“All parties should remain calm, exercise restraint, act and speak with caution, and avoid any actions that may escalate tensions and lead to miscalculation so as to prevent the situation from falling into a vicious cycle.”
In response to imperial tool/UN secretary general Guterres’ unacceptable denunciation of Pyongyang’s legitimate ICBM tests, its Foreign Minister, Choe Son Hui, said the following:
Guterres operates as a “member of the US White House or its State Department.”
Time and again, he “take(s) a very deplorable attitude, oblivious of the purpose and principles of the UN Charter and its proper mission which is to maintain impartiality, objectivity and equity in all matters.”
“We recently warned (Guterres) to consider the issue of the Korean peninsula on the basis of impartiality and objectivity.”
In deference to his US master, he refuses to change his wicked ways — in flagrant breach of the Charter he’s sworn to uphold.
On Nov. 21, hegemon USA, Britain and France pressured Albania, Australia, Ecuador, Ireland, Japan, Malta, Norway, S. Korea, Switzerland, and the UAE to endorse an anti-DPRK statement issued by the Biden regime’s UN envoy.
In support of Pyongyang’s right of self-defense, China and Russia opposed the unacceptable SC condemnation.
US-dominated NATO “poses an unequivocal threat to international peace and security” — clearly not nonbelligerent North Korea.
Right on! Every word right on! Thank you, sir!
(Needed: a bit, a lot, of active listening, respect, diplomacy, peace-treaty-seeking…but the hegemon doesn’t “do” those things obvious to a normal, non-psychpathological player on the world scene.)

The South Korean-USA war games always occur during the planting and harvesting seasons in North Korea to disrupt its food supply.
The Korean War, Vietnam War, Afghanistan invasion, insurgencies in Myanmar, and India in the Quad, constituted attempts to create forward bases for the invasion of China – the ultimate target.
China gets to where she is without firing a shot, just through trade. This model is anathema to the Babylonian Jewish-controlled West which needs blood sacrifices.
