A Snapshot of Jeff Bezos Owned WaPo Propaganda

Amazon chairman, president and CEO Jeff Bezos owns the Washington Post.
He has a disturbing history of currying favor with national security officials.
His CIA connection mocks free press reporting and opinion.
Earlier he got a $600 million CIA contract for much more than Amazon Web Services (AWA).
He proliferates state-approved propaganda US dark forces want published.
University of Illinois Emeritus Professor of Communication Robert McChesney earlier said the following about Bezos:
“When the main shareholder in one of the very largest corporations in the world benefits from a massive contract with the CIA on the one hand, and that same billionaire owns the Washington Post on the other hand, there are serious problems.”
“The Post is unquestionably the political paper of record in the United States, and how it covers governance sets the agenda for the balance of the news media.”
“Citizens need to know about this conflict of interest in the columns of the Post itself.”
“If some official enemy of the United States had a comparable situation – say the owner of the dominant newspaper in Caracas was getting $600 million in secretive contracts from the Maduro government – the Post itself would lead the howling chorus impaling that newspaper and that government for making a mockery of a free press.”
On major domestic and geopolitical issues, WaPo features propaganda exclusively over truth-telling journalism — a notion it long ago abandoned.
Its latest edition is like virtually all others, Russia one of its main targets, notably Vladimir Putin.
Towering over his Western counterparts in stature, WaPo pretends otherwise.
Russian democracy is the real thing in stark contrast to fantasy versions in the US and other Western nations.
Defying reality, WaPo editors falsely called him a “dictator (unlikely) to be toppled soon” in connection with rallies in Russian cities last weekend.
Violent as planned for CIA asset, convicted felon, political nobody Navalny, they were orchestrated by US dark forces.
They were promoted and supported by the State Department and Washington’s Moscow embassy — an assault on Russian sovereignty.
According to WaPo’s reinvention of reality, they “revealed the rotten foundations of (Putin’s) rule (sic) — and the opportunity that offers to democratic adversaries (sic).”
CIA-connected WaPo knows or should know about Langley’s dirty hands involvement in what happened with more of the same likely ahead.
Like other US hostile-to-truth-telling media, WaPo’s attempt to reinvent Navalny failed.
It keeps pushing the Big Lie claim that he “surviv(ed) a poisoning attack by Mr. Putin’s agents in August (sic).”
Ignored is his scant support in Russia, a political nobody most Russians know little or nothing about.
US rent-a-mobs were involved in last weekend’s rallies.
They included young children lured to come out. When interrogated by Russia authorities, they had no idea that rallies were for Navany they knew nothing about.
About 4,000 turned out in Moscow. WaPo repeated a Reuters Big Lie, falsely claiming it was 40,000.
The rest of the piece included a further litany of bald-faced Big Lies no respectable publication would touch.
WaPo features this rubbish daily — what’s vital for everyone to know banned in its editions.
Nation magazine editor and publisher Katrina vanden Heuvel writes a weekly WaPo propaganda column similar to much of what her magazine features.
She falsely claimed that Capitol Hill was “overrun by insurrectionists” on January 6, ignoring the staged incident by anti-Trump elements for diabolical aims unfolding.
She lied saying “(d)emocracy had been tested, and democracy had prevailed (sic).”
What doesn’t exist can’t be tested or prevail — while admitting the US system is “flawed,” a gross understatement about what’s way too debauched to fix.
Her explanation of what happened on Capitol ignored what lay behind it.
She falsely claimed that Election 2020 was fraud-free, fair, and open — polar opposite hard reality.
She’s part of the mass-vaxxing for seasonal flu-renamed covid echo chamber instead of forthrightly opposing what’s going on.
A longtime undemocratic Dem supporter, she lied claiming that the White House and Congress can “restore democracy (sic).”
Above she falsely said it was “tested” and “prevailed (sic).”
She supports so-called For the People Act legislation that aims to institutionalize Election 2020-type fraud to benefit Dems in perpetuity.
Democracy in the US and West is a 4-letter word. If it began emerging for real, it would be formally banned by both right wings of the US one-party state.
Like virtually all WaPo material on issues mattering most, vanden Heuvel’s column was a pro-undemocratic Dem exercise in mass deception.
Journalism as it should be in the US is found only through credible alternative media sources.
If policies supported by undemocratic Dems become the law of the land ahead, a free and open society may no longer exist —including abolition of what remains of media freedom.
