Fraudster Fauci Caught Lying Under Oath, a Criminal Offense

In the US, perjury is a criminal offense.

Guilty parties face potentially stiff fines and/or imprisonment for up to five years.

According to FindLaw:

“Perjury is considered a crime against justice, since lying under oath compromises the authority of courts, grand juries, governing bodies, and public officials.” 

It’s “committed either in statements made under oath or in signed documents.”

“Federal law (18 USC § 1621) states that guilty parties will be fined or imprisoned for up to five years.” 

Most state laws have similar provisions.

At the same time, judges have discretion to impose penalties that they consider appropriate to the offense committed. 

Project Veritas (PV) is engaged in exposing corruption, fraud and other criminality in high public and private places by no-hold’s barred journalistic investigations.

It “engage(s) in litigation to protect, defend and expand human and civil rights secured by law.”

It “specifically (focuses on) First Amendment rights, including promoting the free exchange of ideas in a digital world; combat(ing) and defeat(ing) censorship of any ideology; promot(ing) truthful reporting; and defend(ing) freedom of speech and association issues including the right to anonymity.”

On Monday, PV said it “obtained startling never-before-seen (flu/covid related) documents.”

They include information on its origin, gain of function research, Pharma jabs, suppressed treatments, and Biden regime concealment of the above.

Documents come from the US  Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

They “were hidden in a top secret shared drive,” said PV.

It obtained a report to the US war department’s inspector general, stating:

“EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses.” 

“The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the basis gain of function research moratorium.”

Based on documents obtained by PV, fraudster Fauci went ahead with it anyway domestically and abroad.

In testimony under oath, he lied time and again by falsely claiming that the NIH and NIAID he heads did not engage in gain of function research.

Documents obtained by PV said research engaged in by Fauci absolutely was gain of function.

They also show that he willfully suppressed information on known safe and effective flu/covid treatment protocols to push kill shots.

On Monday, PV head James O’Keefe said the following:

“Who at DARPA made the decision to bury the original report?” 

“They could have raised red flags to the Pentagon, the White House, or Congress, which may have prevented” all that’s gone on for the past two years. 

Fraudster Fauci failed to respond to a request for comment on the above revelations.

He’s been engaged in criminal offenses since the 1980s.

How much longer will he remain unaccountable for offenses too grievous to ignore?

Why hasn’t he been charged, prosecuted, convicted, sentenced and imprisoned in supermax confinement?
